यस सिद्धार्थ क्यापिटल लिमिटेड तथा सिद्धार्थ बैंक लिमिटेडका शाखा कार्यालयहरुबाट हितग्राही खाता (Demat Account) खोल्नु हुने सम्पूर्ण खातावालहरुलाई वार्षिक संचालन शुल्क भुक्ताउने बारे अत्यन्त जरुरी सूचना
यस सिद्धार्थ क्यापिटल लिमिटेड तथा सिद्धार्थ बैंक लिमिटेडका शाखा कार्यालयहरु मार्फत डिम्याट खाता खोल्नु भएका सम्पूर्ण हितग्राहीहरुले धितोपत्र केन्द्रीय निक्षेप सेवा विनियमावली, २०६८ मा भएको व्यवस्था बमोजिम डिम्याट खाताको वार्षिक संचालन शुल्क प्रत्येक आ. व. रु. १००/- (अक्षरेपी एक सय मात्र) को दरले भुक्तानी गर्नुपर्ने व्यवस्थाअनुसार उक्त शुल्क बुझाउन बाँकी रहेका हितग्राहीहरुले मिति २०८३ आषाढ मसान्त भित्र सिद्धार्थ क्यापिटल लिमिटेड, नारायणचौर, नक्साल स्थित कार्यालय तथा सिद्धार्थ बैंक लिमिटेडका सम्पूर्ण शाखा कार्यालयहरुमा सम्पर्क गरी वा https://meroshare.cdsc.com.np मा गई e-sewa, Khalti वा Connect IPS जस्ता डिजिटल माध्यमहरुको प्रयोग गरी भुक्तानी गर्नुहुन अनुरोध गरिन्छ । साथै सिद्धार्थ बैंक लिमिटेडमा बैंक खाता रहेका हितग्राहीहरुले सिद्धार्थ क्यापिटल लिमिटेड, नारायणचौर, नक्साल स्थित कार्यालय तथा सिद्धार्थ बैंक लिमिटेडका सम्पूर्ण शाखा कार्यालयहरु मार्फत हरेक वर्ष आफ्नो बैंक खाताबाट स्वचालित रुपमा वार्षिक शुल्क भुक्तानी हुने गरी भुक्तानी आदेश (Debit Authority) समेत दिन सक्ने जानकारी गराईन्छ । वार्षिक शुल्क भुक्तानी नगरेका हितग्राहीहरुको डिम्याट खाता उक्त शुल्क भुक्तानी नगरेसम्मका लागि Freeze गरिने व्यहोरा सम्पूर्ण हितग्राहीहरुलाई जानकारी गराईन्छ ।
साथै, MERO SHARE सेवा लिइरहनु भएका हितग्राही महानुभावहरुले सो सेवा संचालनमा आएको एक वर्षको अवधिभित्र नविकरण गरिसक्नु पर्ने र सो समयावधिभित्र नविकरण नभएमा उक्त सेवा स्वतः बन्द हुने भएको हुँदा हितग्राही खाताको वार्षिक संचालन शुल्क नविकरण गर्ने समयमा नै उक्त सेवाको शुल्क समेत नविकरण गर्न सक्नु हुने व्यहोरा जानकारी गराईन्छ । हितग्राही खाताको वार्षिक संचालन शुल्क नविकरण गर्न बाँकी रहेका हितग्राहीहरुले MERO SHARE सेवा मात्र नविकरण गर्नुभएको अवस्थामा MERO SHARE सेवा पनि रोक्का हुने भएकोले समयमा नै हितग्राही खाताको वार्षिक संचालन शुल्क भुक्तानी गर्नु हुन अनुरोध गरिन्छ ।
KYC अद्यावधिक गर्ने बारेको सूचना
KYC अद्यावधिक गर्न बाँकी सम्पूर्ण हितग्राहीहरुलाई यस सिद्धार्थ क्यापिटल लिमिटेड तथा सिद्धार्थ बैंक लिमिटेडका शाखा कार्यालयहरुमा सम्पर्क राखी यथाशिघ्र KYC अद्यावधिक गर्नु हुन अनुरोध गर्दछौं ।
This is an extremely urgent notice regarding the payment of annual operating fees for Demat Accounts opened through the branch offices of Siddhartha Capital Limited and Siddhartha Bank Limited, for all account holders.
As per the provisions of the Securities Central Depository Service Bylaws, २०६८, all beneficiaries who have opened Demat accounts through the branch offices of Siddhartha Capital Limited and Siddhartha Bank Limited are required to pay an annual operating fee of रु. १००/- (one hundred rupees only) per fiscal year. Beneficiaries who have not yet paid this fee are requested to contact the office of Siddhartha Capital Limited located at Narayanachaur, Naxal, and all branch offices of Siddhartha Bank Limited, or make payments using digital platforms such as e-sewa, Khalti, or Connect IPS via https://meroshare.cdsc.com.np by the end of Ashadh २०८३. Furthermore, beneficiaries who have bank accounts with Siddhartha Bank Limited can also provide a Debit Authority to Siddhartha Capital Limited, Narayanachaur, Naxal office, and all branch offices of Siddhartha Bank Limited to automatically pay the annual fee from their bank account every year. All beneficiaries are informed that Demat accounts of those who do not pay the annual fee will be frozen until the fee is paid.
Additionally, beneficiaries who are using MERO SHARE service are required to renew the service within one year of its activation. If not renewed within this period, the service will automatically be suspended. Therefore, it is informed that the MERO SHARE service fee can also be renewed at the time of renewing the Demat account's annual operating fee. Beneficiaries who have renewed only the MERO SHARE service but not the Demat account's annual operating fee are requested to pay the annual operating fee in time, as the MERO SHARE service will also be stopped.
Notice Regarding KYC Update
All beneficiaries who have not yet updated their KYC are requested to contact the branch offices of Siddhartha Capital Limited and Siddhartha Bank Limited and update their KYC as soon as possible.
