सिक्लेस हाइड्रोपावरको १५.७८ प्रतिशत लाभांश घोषणा, १ः१ हकप्रद शेयर जारी गर्ने तयारीSikles Hydropower Declares 15.78% Dividend, Plans 1:1 Rights Share Issue
सिक्लेस हाइड्रोपावर लिमिटेडले हाल कायम चुक्ता पूँजीको १५.७८ प्रतिशत लाभांश वितरण गर्ने घोषणा गरेको छ। कम्पनी सचिव निराजन महर्जनका अनुसार, हिजो साँझ बसेको सञ्चालक समितिको बैठकले आर्थिक वर्ष २०८०/८१ र २०८१/८२ को सञ्चित नाफाबाट १५ प्रतिशत बोनस शेयर र कर प्रयोजनका लागि ०.७८९ प्रतिशत नगद लाभांश वितरण गर्ने प्रस्ताव पारित गरेको हो।
कम्पनीले लाभांश वितरणपछि कायम हुने चुक्ता पूँजीमा १ः१ अनुपातमा हकप्रद शेयर निष्काशन गर्ने तयारीसमेत गरेको छ। अन्य आयोजना निर्माण तथा विस्तारमा लगानी गर्नका लागि हुने यस हकप्रद निष्काशनका लागि विद्युत नियमन आयोगबाट पूर्व स्वीकृति लिएपछि आगामी साधारण सभामा प्रस्ताव पेश गरिने कम्पनीले जनाएको छ।
Sikles Hydropower Limited has announced a 15.78% dividend on its current paid-up capital. According to Company Secretary Nirajan Maharjan, the board meeting held last evening approved the proposal to distribute a 15% bonus share and a 0.789% cash dividend (for tax purposes) from the accumulated profits of fiscal years 2080/81 and 2081/82.
Following the dividend distribution, the company also plans to issue rights shares in a 1:1 ratio based on the updated paid-up capital. The rights issue, intended for investment in other projects and expansion, will be presented at the upcoming annual general meeting after obtaining prior approval from the Electricity Regulatory Commission.
