आईटी क्षेत्रका दक्ष जनशक्तिलाई २ लाख रुपैयाँसम्म तलबको व्यवस्थाSkilled IT Professionals to Receive Salaries Up to Rs. 200,000
सरकारले सूचना प्रविधि (आईटी) क्षेत्रमा काम गर्ने दक्ष जनशक्तिलाई मासिक २ लाख रुपैयाँसम्म तलब दिने व्यवस्था गरेको छ। प्रधानमन्त्री केपी शर्मा ओलीले सामाजिक सञ्जालमार्फत यसबारे जानकारी दिएका हुन्।
प्रधानमन्त्री ओलीका अनुसार, यस कदमले अनलाइनमार्फत सरकारी सेवा विस्तारलाई सहज र प्रभावकारी बनाउन मद्दत गर्नेछ। साथै, यसअघि देखिँदै आएको ढिलासुस्ती, घुस र कमिसनको प्रवृत्ति नियन्त्रणमा आउने विश्वास उनले व्यक्त गरे।
उनले भने, “दक्ष आईटी जनशक्तिलाई अब उचित मूल्यांकनका साथ नेपालमै रोजगारीको अवसर दिने गरी व्यवस्था गरिएको छ।”
हाल आईटी क्षेत्रका दक्ष जनशक्ति विदेशी रोजगारतर्फ आकर्षित भइरहेका बेला सरकारले यस्तो प्रावधान ल्याउनु सकारात्मक र सुखद पहल भएको प्रधानमन्त्री ओलीको भनाइ छ।
Kathmandu – The government has announced that skilled professionals working in the Information Technology (IT) sector will be provided with salaries of up to Rs. 200,000 per month. Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli shared this information through social media.
According to him, this initiative will help make the delivery of government services online more efficient and effective. He expressed confidence that the move will also curb delays, bribery, and commission practices previously seen in public service delivery.
Prime Minister Oli further stated, “Skilled IT professionals will now have proper opportunities and recognition within Nepal itself.”
At a time when many IT experts have been seeking opportunities abroad, the government’s decision has been described as a positive and encouraging step.
