काठमाडौँ — समस्याग्रस्त सहकारी व्यवस्थापन समितिले लालीगुराँस सहकारी र तपाईं हाम्रो सहकारीका साना बचतकर्ताको बचत रकम फिर्ता गरेको छ।
समितिका अनुसार लालीगुराँस सहकारीका ३५ जना र तपाईं हाम्रो सहकारीका ९० जना बचतकर्ताले बचत फिर्ता पाएका छन्। समस्याग्रस्त सहकारीको ऋण असुलीबाट प्राप्त रकम नै पीडित बचतकर्तालाई फिर्ता गरिएको सरकारले स्पष्ट पारेको छ।
पहिलो चरणमा थोरै बचत रकम भएका बचतकर्तालाई प्राथमिकता दिइएको समितिले जनाएको छ। यसै आधारमा क्रमशः बचतकर्ताको रकमअनुसार वर्गीकरण गरेर रकम फिर्ता गर्दै लगिने समितिको भनाइ छ।
समस्याग्रस्त सहकारी संस्थाहरूबाट ऋण असुली र सम्पत्ति व्यवस्थापनमार्फत प्राप्त रकमबाट सम्बन्धित सहकारीका बचतकर्तालाई बचत फिर्ता गर्ने कार्य प्रचलित कानुनी व्यवस्थाबमोजिम निरन्तर सञ्चालनमा रहेको समितिले जनाएको छ।
Kathmandu — The Problematic Cooperative Management Committee has returned the savings of small depositors of Laligurans Cooperative and Tapai Hamro Cooperative.
According to the committee, 35 depositors of Laligurans Cooperative and 90 depositors of Tapai Hamro Cooperative have received their savings back. The government has clarified that the amount refunded to the affected depositors came from the recovery of loans from the problematic cooperatives.
The committee said priority was given in the first phase to depositors with smaller savings amounts. On the same basis, refunds will gradually be made by classifying depositors according to the size of their deposits, the committee stated.
The work of returning savings to depositors of the concerned cooperatives — using funds obtained through loan recovery and asset management from the problematic cooperative institutions — is being carried out continuously in accordance with the prevailing legal provisions, the committee said.
