SNLI सन नेपाल लाइफ इन्स्योरेन्स कम्पनी लिमिटेडले आज (वैशाख ३० गते) बाट आफ्नो हकप्रद सेयर निष्कासन तथा बिक्री प्रक्रिया सुरु गरेको छ। कम्पनीले नेपाल धितोपत्र बोर्ड (SEBON) बाट प्राप्त स्वीकृतिअनुसार १:०.२७ को अनुपातमा कुल १ करोड ६ लाख ९६ हजार ३२० कित्ता हकप्रद सेयर जारी गरेको हो। हकप्रद सेयरको मूल्य प्रति कित्ता रु. १०० निर्धारण गरिएको छ।

यसअघि कम्पनीले वैशाख ५ गते बुक क्लोज गरिसकेको थियो। त्यसअनुसार वैशाख ४ गतेसम्म नाम दर्ता भएका सेयरधनीहरू मात्र हकप्रदमा आवेदन दिन योग्य छन्। सेयरधनीहरूले हकप्रद सेयरका लागि जेठ १९ गतेसम्म आवेदन दिन सक्नेछन्।

यस हकप्रद निष्कासनको धितोपत्र निष्कासन तथा बिक्री प्रबन्धकको रूपमा नेपाल एसबिआई मर्चेण्ट बैंकिङ लिमिटेड कार्यरत रहेको छ।

कम्पनीको पुँजी सुदृढीकरणका लागि जारी गरिएको यो हकप्रद निष्कासनले भविष्यमै कम्पनीको वित्तीय अवस्था थप बलियो बनाउने अपेक्षा गरिएको छ। इच्छुक योग्य सेयरधनीहरूले निर्धारित समयसीमाभित्र आवेदन दिनुपर्नेछ।

SNLI Sun Nepal Life Insurance Company Limited has officially opened the issuance and sale of its rights shares starting today, Baisakh 30. As per the approval received from the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON), the company is issuing a total of 10,696,320 units of rights shares in the ratio of 1:0.27 at a face value of NPR 100 per share.

Earlier, the company had conducted a book closure on Baisakh 5, meaning only those shareholders who were on record by Baisakh 4 are eligible to apply for the rights offering. The application window will remain open until Jestha 19.

The rights issue is being managed by Nepal SBI Merchant Banking Limited, which is acting as the issue and sales manager.

This rights issuance is aimed at strengthening the company’s capital base, and it is expected to support future business expansion. Eligible shareholders are advised to apply within the given timeframe.
