नेपाल स्टक एक्सचेञ्ज (नेप्से) ले सोल्टी होटल लिमिटेड (SHL) को शेयरमूल्य समायोजन गरेको छ। साधारण सभा र लाभांश वितरण प्रयोजनका लागि बुकक्लोज गरेसँगै नेप्सेले होटलको शेयरमूल्य समायोजन गरी दोस्रो बजारका लगानीकर्ताका लागि निष्पक्ष मूल्य निर्धारण गरेको हो।
सोल्टी होटलको १० प्रतिशत बोनस शेयर समायोजन गर्दै नेप्सेले नयाँ शेयरमूल्य ५१८ रुपैयाँ १८ पैसा तोकेको छ। यो मूल्य अघिल्लो कारोबार दिनको अन्तिम मूल्य ५७० रुपैयाँ का आधारमा निर्धारण गरिएको हो।
यो समायोजनले कम्पनीको लाभांश घोषणापछि शेयरमूल्यमा देखिने कृत्रिम वृद्धिलाई हटाउँदै निष्पक्षता सुनिश्चित गरेको छ। दोस्रो बजारमा यस दिनको कारोबार यही नयाँ मूल्यका आधारमा खुल्नेछ।
१० प्रतिशत बोनस शेयर
कर प्रयोजनसहित २६.८४२१ प्रतिशत नगद लाभांश वितरण गर्ने प्रस्ताव गरेको छ।
उक्त लाभांश घोषणा कम्पनीको आर्थिक सुदृढता र शेयरधनीलाई प्रोत्साहन दिनेतर्फको प्रतिबद्धता झल्काउँछ।
लाभांश प्रस्ताव अनुमोदनका लागि कम्पनीले पुस ४, २०८१ (डिसेम्बर १९, २०२४) का दिन नेपाल प्रज्ञा प्रतिष्ठान हल, कमलादी, काठमाडौं मा ५०औँ वार्षिक साधारण सभा आयोजना गर्नेछ। सभा बिहान ११ बजे सुरु हुनेछ।

Key Adjustments and Impact
NEPSE has adjusted Soaltee Hotel’s stock price to NPR 518.18, incorporating the 10% bonus share issuance declared by the company. The adjustment was based on the final trading price of NPR 570, recorded on the last trading session before the book closure.
This price adjustment ensures that the dividend distribution does not artificially inflate the market price, maintaining fairness for investors trading post-adjustment. The new price serves as the benchmark for the day’s trading session.
Dividend Declaration
Soaltee Hotel has proposed:
10% bonus shares on its paid-up capital.
26.8421% cash dividend, including tax purposes.

Upcoming AGM Details
The dividend proposal is set to be approved at the 50th Annual General Meeting (AGM), scheduled for Poush 4, 2081 (December 19, 2024). The meeting will take place at Nepal Academy Hall, Kamaladi, Kathmandu, starting at 11:00 AM.
