सामूहिक लगानी कोषहरुको लागि छुट्याइएको साधारण शेयरको लक-ईन (Lock-In) अवधि समाप्ती सम्बन्धी सूचना
श्री नेपाल धितोपत्र बोर्डको पत्र संख्या २०८०।०८१, चलानी नं. १५२३, मिति २०८०।०८।२५ को निर्देशननुसार यस सोलु हाइड्रोपावर लिमिटेडको जारी पूँजी रु १०,००,००,००,०००/- (अक्षरेपी दश अर्ब रुपैयाँ मात्र) को १०% अर्थात रु. १,००,००,००,०००/- (अक्षरेपी एक अर्ब रुपैयाँ मात्र) रकम बराबरको रु. १००/- अंकित दरको १,००,००,००० (अक्षरेपी एक करोड मात्र) कित्ता साधारण शेयरको ५% अर्थात ५,००,००० (अक्षरेपी पाँच लाख मात्र) कित्ता साधारण शेयर सामूहिक लगानी कोषहरुलाई बाँडफाँड गरिएकोमा उक्त शेयरहरुको लक-ईन (Lock-In) अवधि सर्वसाधारणमा बाँडफाँड भएको मितिले छ (६) महिना अर्थात २०८३/०४/११ मा लक-ईन अवधि समाप्त हुने व्यहोरा सम्पूर्ण लगानीकर्ता एवं सम्बन्धित सबै सरोकार वालाहरुमा जानकारीको लागि यो सूचना प्रकाशित गरिएको छ।
Notice regarding the expiry of the Lock-In period for ordinary shares allocated to Collective Investment Funds
As per the directive of Nepal Securities Board, letter number २०८०।०८१, dispatch number १५२३, dated २०८०।०८।२५, Solu Hydropower Limited's issued capital of रु १०,००,००,००,०००/- (in words: Ten Billion Rupees only), 10% of which, i.e., रु. १,००,००,००,०००/- (in words: One Billion Rupees only), equivalent to १,००,००,००० (in words: One Crore only) units of ordinary shares at a face value of रु. १००/- per share, and 5% of these shares, i.e., ५,००,००० (in words: Five Lakh only) units of ordinary shares, were allotted to Collective Investment Funds. The lock-in period for these shares will expire on २०८३/०४/११, which is six (६) months from the date of allotment to the general public. This notice has been published for the information of all investors and concerned stakeholders.
