सोपान फर्मास्यूटिकल्सको आईपीओ वैशाख २ देखि खुल्ने, ३४ लाख बढी कित्ता सर्वसाधारणका लागिSopan Pharmaceuticals to Open IPO from Baisakh 2, Over 3.47 Million Shares for General Public
काठमाडौं — सोपान फर्मास्यूटिकल्स लिमिटेडले सर्वसाधारण लगानीकर्ताका लागि प्राथमिक शेयर (आईपीओ) निष्काशन गर्ने तयारी पूरा गरेको छ। कम्पनीले वैशाख २ गतेदेखि दोस्रो चरणअन्तर्गत सर्वसाधारणका लागि शेयर बिक्री खुला गर्ने जनाएको हो।यसअघि कम्पनीले वैदेशिक रोजगारीमा रहेका नेपालीहरूका लागि छुट्याइएको शेयर बाँडफाँट गरिसकेको छ। अब सर्वसाधारणका लागि ३४ करोड ७४ लाख ९० हजार रुपैयाँ बराबरको प्रतिकित्ता १०० रुपैयाँ अंकित दरका ३४ लाख ७४ हजार ९०० कित्ता शेयर निष्काशन गर्न लागिएको छ।कम्पनीले कुल १ अर्ब ७१ करोड ६० लाख रुपैयाँ जारी पूँजीको २५ प्रतिशत बराबर ४२ लाख ९० हजार कित्ता शेयर निष्काशन गर्ने अनुमति पाएको हो। यसमध्ये ४ लाख २९ हजार कित्ता वैदेशिक रोजगारीमा रहेका नेपालीहरू, १ लाख ७१ हजार ६०० कित्ता कर्मचारी र २ लाख १४ हजार ५०० कित्ता सामूहिक लगानी कोषका लागि छुट्याइसकिएको छ।आईपीओमा न्यूनतम १० कित्ता र अधिकतम ११ हजार कित्तासम्म आवेदन दिन सकिनेछ। आवेदन वैशाख ६ गतेसम्म खुला रहनेछ भने सो अवधिमा पूर्ण आवेदन नपरेमा वैशाख १६ गतेसम्म म्याद थपिने व्यवस्था गरिएको छ।शेयर निष्काशन तथा बिक्री प्रबन्धकको जिम्मेवारी एनएमबि क्यापिटल लिमिटेडले पाएको छ। लगानीकर्ताले आस्बा सदस्य बैंक तथा वित्तीय संस्था मार्फत सि–आस्बा प्रणाली वा मेरो शेयर अनलाइन प्लेटफर्म प्रयोग गरी आवेदन दिन सक्नेछन्।आईपीओको जोखिम मूल्याङ्कनतर्फ केयर रेटिङ्ग नेपालले कम्पनीलाई ‘केयरएनपी सिंगल बी’ इस्यूअर रेटिङ्ग दिएको छ, जसले कम्पनीको दायित्व बहन क्षमतामा तुलनात्मक रूपमा उच्च जोखिम रहेको संकेत गर्दछ।कम्पनीले सार्वजनिक गरेको विवरण अनुसार लगानी फिर्ता अवधि ८.११ वर्ष रहेको छ भने छुट दरमा ११.३५ वर्ष लाग्ने अनुमान गरिएको छ। आन्तरिक प्रतिफल दर २३.६३ प्रतिशत देखाइएको छ भने खुद वर्तमान मूल्य १५ अर्ब ९७ करोड रुपैयाँभन्दा बढी रहेको उल्लेख गरिएको छ।
Kathmandu — Sopan Pharmaceuticals Limited is set to launch its Initial Public Offering (IPO) for the general public starting from Baisakh 2, marking the second phase of its share issuance. The company has completed the allocation of shares reserved for Nepali workers abroad and is now opening the remaining portion to public investors.In this phase, the company will issue 3,474,900 units of shares at a face value of NPR 100 each, amounting to NPR 347.49 million. The offering represents a significant opportunity for retail investors to participate in the pharmaceutical sector.Sopan Pharmaceuticals has received approval to issue a total of 4.29 million shares, which is 25 percent of its issued capital of NPR 1.716 billion. Out of the total shares, 429,000 units were allocated to Nepali workers abroad, 171,600 units to company employees, and 214,500 units to mutual funds. The remaining shares are now being offered to the general public.Investors can apply for a minimum of 10 shares and a maximum of 11,000 shares. The application period will remain open until Baisakh 6, with a provision to extend the deadline until Baisakh 16 if the issue is not fully subscribed within the initial period.NMB Capital Limited has been appointed as the issue and sales manager. Investors can apply through ASBA member banks and financial institutions using the C-ASBA system or via the Mero Share online platform.In terms of credit rating, CARE Ratings Nepal has assigned the company a ‘CARE-NP Single B’ issuer rating, indicating a relatively high risk in meeting its financial obligations. This suggests that while the company may offer growth potential, it carries a higher level of investment risk.According to the company, the payback period for the investment is estimated at 8.11 years, extending to 11.35 years when discounted. The internal rate of return (IRR) stands at 23.63 percent, while the net present value (NPV) is reported to exceed NPR 15.97 billion.
