स्ट्याण्डर्ड चार्टर्ड बैंकले १९ प्रतिशत नगद लाभांश घोषणा गर्योStandard Chartered Bank Announces 19% Cash Dividend
काठमाडौं, असोज ३१ — स्ट्याण्डर्ड चार्टर्ड बैंक नेपाल लिमिटेड (SCB) ले गत आर्थिक वर्षको मुनाफाबाट शेयरधनीहरुलाई १९ प्रतिशत नगद लाभांश वितरण गर्ने घोषणा गरेको छ। असोज ३१ गते बसेको बैंकको सञ्चालक समितिको बैठकले हाल कायम चुक्ता पूँजीको १९ प्रतिशतका दरले नगद लाभांश (कर प्रयोजनार्थसहित) वितरण गर्ने निर्णय गरेको हो।
बैंकले घोषणा गरेको सो लाभांश नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंकको स्वीकृति र आगामी वार्षिक साधारण सभाबाट पारित भएपछि मात्र वितरण गरिनेछ। यो निर्णयले बैंकको स्थायित्व र निरन्तर नाफा कमाउने क्षमतालाई झल्काउँछ।
Kathmandu, October 17, 2025 — Standard Chartered Bank Nepal Limited (SCB) has announced a 19% cash dividend for its shareholders from the profits of the last fiscal year. The bank’s Board of Directors, in its meeting held on Ashoj 31, decided to distribute a 19% cash dividend (including tax purposes) on the current paid-up capital.
The proposed dividend will be distributed after receiving approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and subsequent endorsement from the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM). This decision highlights the bank’s consistent profitability and strong financial position in Nepal’s banking sector.
