साल्ट ट्रेडिङ कर्पोरेशन (STC) ले गत आर्थिक वर्षको मुनाफाबाट आफ्ना शेयरधनीहरुलाई वितरण गर्ने लाभांश घोषणा गरेको छ। कम्पनीले हाल कायम चुक्ता पूँजीको ९.४९ प्रतिशत बोनस शेयर र सोको कर प्रयोजनार्थ ०.५१ प्रतिशत नगद लाभांश गरी कुल १० प्रतिशत लाभांश वितरण गर्ने घोषणा गरेको हो। माघ २८ गते बसेको कम्पनीको सञ्चालक समितिको बैठकले सो दरमा लाभांश वितरण गर्ने निर्णय गरेको हो। आगामी वार्षिक साधारण सभाले पारित गरेपश्चात सो दरमा लाभांश वितरण गरिनेछ।
Salt Trading Corporation (STC) has announced a dividend distribution from the profit of the last financial year to its shareholders. The company has decided to distribute a total of 10% dividend, consisting of 9.49% bonus shares and 0.51% cash dividend for tax purposes. This decision was made during the meeting of the company’s board of directors held on Magh 28. The dividend will be distributed once it is approved in the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).
