Sun Nepal Life Insurance Proposes 20.2632% Dividend

Sun Nepal Life Insurance Limited (SNLI) has announced a dividend distribution to its shareholders from the profit earned in the last fiscal year. The company has decided to distribute a total dividend of 20.2632 percent based on its paid-up capital, which includes 5 percent bonus shares and 15.2632 percent cash dividend (including tax). The decision was made during the meeting of the company’s Board of Directors held on Poush 2. The proposed dividend will be distributed to shareholders after receiving approval from the Nepal Insurance Authority and endorsement from the company’s upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).
