काठमाडौं — सन नेपाल लाइफ इन्स्योरेन्स कम्पनी लिमिटेडले आफ्ना एक संस्थापक शेयरधनीको स्वामित्वमा रहेको ५२ हजार ८ सय २७ कित्ता संस्थापक शेयर बिक्रीमा राखेको छ। कम्पनीले नेपाल बीमा प्राधिकरणको 'बीमकको संस्थापक शेयर कारोबार सम्बन्धी निर्देशिका, २०७७' बमोजिम उक्त शेयर बिक्रीको प्रक्रिया अघि बढाएको हो।
नियामकको प्रावधानअनुसार संस्थापक शेयर खरिदमा पहिलो प्राथमिकता हाल कायम रहेका विद्यमान संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरूलाई नै दिनुपर्ने हुन्छ। त्यसैले, यो शेयर किन्न इच्छुक हालका संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरूले सूचना प्रकाशित भएको मितिले ३५ दिनभित्र कम्पनीको पुतलीसडकस्थित कर्पोरेट कार्यालयमा निवेदन दिनुपर्नेछ। निवेदन दिँदा आफूले कति कित्ता शेयर खरिद गर्न चाहेको हो, सो कुरा स्पष्ट खुलाउनुपर्ने कम्पनीले जनाएको छ।
बिक्रीमा राखिएको शेयरको मूल्य प्रचलित बजार मूल्यभन्दा कम नहुने गरी बिक्रेता आफैंले तोकेबमोजिम हुनेछ। शेयरको सटिक मूल्यबारे जानकारी लिन खरिदकर्ताले कम्पनीको कानुन विभागमा सम्पर्क गर्नुपर्नेछ। यदि तोकिएको ३५ दिनको म्यादभित्र विद्यमान संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरूबाट खरिदका लागि कुनै निवेदन नआएमा भने, कानुनबमोजिम अन्य जोकोही व्यक्ति वा संस्थालाई उक्त शेयर बिक्री गर्ने बाटो खुल्ने कम्पनीले प्रस्ट पारेको छ।
Kathmandu — Sun Nepal Life Insurance Company Limited has put up 52,827 promoter shares, currently owned by one of its promoter shareholders, for sale. The company has initiated this sales process in accordance with the 'Insurer's Promoter Share Transaction Guidelines, 2077' issued by the Nepal Insurance Authority.
As per regulatory provisions, the first priority for purchasing promoter shares must be given to existing promoter shareholders. Therefore, current promoter shareholders interested in buying these shares must submit an application to the company's corporate office in Putalisadak within 35 days from the date the notice was published. The company has stated that applicants must clearly specify the number of shares they intend to purchase in their application.
The selling price of the shares will not be less than the prevailing market price and will be determined entirely by the seller. Interested buyers must contact the company's legal department to get exact information about the share price. The company has clarified that if no applications are received from existing promoter shareholders within the stipulated 35-day period, the path will be open to selling these shares to any other individual or institution according to the law.
