Sunrise Holdings Limited to Hold 2nd Annual General Meeting on Ashwin 12

Sunrise Holdings Limited has announced that its 2nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Ashwin 12, 2082 (September 28, 2025, Friday). According to the company’s Board of Directors’ decision, the AGM will take place at Hotel Himalaya, Kupondole, Kathmandu.

The meeting’s agenda includes approval of the Board of Directors’ annual report, the auditor’s report, profit and loss statement, and financial statements of FY 2081/82. The appointment of an auditor for FY 2082/83 and the determination of their remuneration are also on the agenda.

In addition, a special resolution will be presented at the AGM to increase the company’s authorized capital from Rs. 2 billion to Rs. 3 billion, issued capital from Rs. 1.5 billion to Rs. 2.5 billion, and paid-up capital from Rs. 1 billion to Rs. 2 billion.

The company has invited all shareholders to attend the meeting and provide their valuable input on the proposed agendas.
