सनराइज होल्डिंग्स लिमिटेडले आईपीओ जारी गर्नेSunrise Holdings Limited to Issue IPO
सनराइज होल्डिंग्स लिमिटेडले सर्वसाधारणका लागि प्रारम्भिक सार्वजनिक निष्कासन (आईपीओ) गर्ने भएको छ। कम्पनीले प्रतिकित्ता १ सय रुपैयाँ अंकित दरमा २४ लाख कित्ता साधारण सेयर जारी गर्ने निर्णय गरेको हो, जसको कुल मूल्य २४ करोड रुपैयाँ बराबर हुनेछ।
साधारण सेयर निष्कासन प्रक्रियाका लागि कम्पनीले लक्ष्मी सनराइज क्यापिटल लिमिटेडलाई बिक्री प्रबन्धक नियुक्त गरेको छ। यस सम्बन्धी सम्झौतामा लक्ष्मी सनराइज क्यापिटलका प्रमुख कार्यकारी अधिकृत बिजय लाल श्रेष्ठ र सनराइज होल्डिंग्स लिमिटेडका प्रमुख कार्यकारी अधिकृत बिकास सिलवालले हस्ताक्षर गरेका छन्।
२०७१ सालमा स्थापना भएको सनराइज होल्डिंग्स लिमिटेड एक लगानी कम्पनी हो जसले जलविद्युत, यातायात, पर्यटन र कृषि जस्ता क्षेत्रमा लगानी गर्दै आएको छ। कम्पनीले आगामी दिनमा उच्च प्रतिफल दिने क्षेत्रहरू पहिचान गरी लगानी विस्तार गर्ने उद्देश्यका साथ सर्वसाधारणका लागि आईपीओ जारी गर्ने जनाएको छ।
Sunrise Holdings Limited is set to issue an Initial Public Offering (IPO) for the general public. The company will float 2.4 million ordinary shares at a face value of NPR 100 per share, amounting to a total of NPR 240 million.
For the issuance process, the company has appointed Laxmi Sunrise Capital Limited as the issue manager. An agreement was signed between Mr. Bijay Lal Shrestha, Chief Executive Officer of Laxmi Sunrise Capital Limited, and Mr. Bikash Silwal, Chief Executive Officer of Sunrise Holdings Limited.
Established in 2014 (2071 B.S.), Sunrise Holdings Limited is an investment company primarily focused on sectors such as hydropower, transportation, tourism, and agriculture. The company stated that the IPO aims to raise funds to expand investments in high-return sectors identified for future growth.
