श्री नेपाल धितोपत्र बोर्डबाट प्राप्त निर्देशन अनुसार यस सुपर खुदी हाइड्रोपावर लिमिटेडको सार्वजनिक निष्काशन मार्फत निष्काशन गरिएको साधारण शेयर मिति २०८२।१२।१७ गते बाँडफाँड गरिएको जस मध्ये सामुहिक लगानी कोषलाई छुट्याईएको ५% ले हुन आउने रु. ७७,५०,०००/- (अक्षरेपी सतहत्तर लाख पचास हजार मात्र) रकम बराबरको प्रति शेयर अंकित मूल्य रु. १००/- दरको ७७,५०० कित्ता साधारण शेयरको लक-ईन (Lock-In) अवधि सर्वसाधारणमा बाँडफाँड भएको मितिले छ (६) महिना अर्थात मिति २०८३।०५।१६ (सन् २०२६।०१।२९) गते सम्म रहेको र सो पश्चात् समाप्त हुने व्यहोरा सम्पूर्ण नियमनकारी निकायहरु तथा शेयरधनी महानुभावहरु र सरोकारवालाहरुलाई जानकारीको लागि यो सूचना प्रकाशन गरिएको छ ।
Notice regarding the expiry of the lock-in (Lock-In) period for ordinary shares allocated to collective investment schemes

As per the directives received from Nepal Securities Board, the ordinary shares issued by Super Khudi Hydropower Limited through public offering were allotted on २०८२।१२।१७. Among these, the lock-in (Lock-In) period for the ७७,५०० units of ordinary shares, equivalent to an amount of रु. ७७,५०,०००/- (in words: seventy-seven lakh fifty thousand only) at a face value of रु. १००/- per share, which were allocated ५% to collective investment schemes, will remain until २०८३।०५।१६ (January २९, २०२६) from the date of allotment to the general public, and will expire thereafter. This notice has been published for the information of all regulatory bodies, esteemed shareholders, and concerned stakeholders.
