सुपर खुदी हाइड्रोपावर लिमिटेडले आफ्नो प्रारम्भिक सार्वजनिक प्रस्ताव (आईपीओ) को खोल्ने मिति एक दिनले सरेको छ। आईपीओ पहिले फागुन ४ बाट आवेदनको लागि खोलिने तय गरिएको थियो।
तर, सीडीएस र क्लियरिङ लिमिटेडको सूचना अनुसार, आईपीओको समयरेखा अन्य सार्वजनिक इश्यूहरूसँग मिलेर परेको कारणले कम्पनीले मिति परिर्वतन गरेको हो। अब, आईपीओ फागुन ५, २०८२ बाट खुल्नेछ।
कम्पनीले पहिल्यै प्रोजेक्टबाट प्रभावित स्थानियहरू, विदेशमा कार्यरत नेपालीहरू र म्युचुअल फण्डहरूलाई शेयर जारी गरेको थियो। सार्वजनिक इश्यूपछि, बाँकी १२,८६,५०० युनिट साधारण सेयर जनतामा फागुन ५ मा जारी गरिनेछ।
यस इश्यूको व्यवस्थापन ग्लोबल आइएमई क्यापिटल लिमिटेडले गरिरहेको छ, र कम्पनीले सबै सरोकारवालालाई नयाँ मिति बारे जानकारी गराएको छ।
Super Khudi Hydropower Limited has postponed the opening date of its Initial Public Offering (IPO) by one day. The IPO was originally scheduled to open for applications from Falgun 4.
However, following a notice from CDS and Clearing Limited stating that the IPO timeline overlapped with other public issues, the company has revised the date. The IPO will now open from Falgun 5, 2082.
The company had previously issued shares to project-affected locals, Nepalis working abroad, and mutual funds. Following the public issuance, the remaining 1,286,500 units of ordinary shares will be issued to the general public on the revised date.
The issue is being managed by Global IME Capital Limited, and the company has informed all concerned stakeholders about the updated schedule.
