सुपर मादी हाइड्रोपावर लिमिटेड (SMHL) ले आफ्नो १६औँ वार्षिक साधारण सभा (AGM) पुस ४ गते, २०८२ मा गर्ने निर्णय गरेको छ। सभा काठमाडौंको बत्तिसपुतलीस्थित होटेल इम्पेरियल मा बिहान ११:०० बजे सुरु हुने छ।
बोर्डको मंसिर ४ गते बसेको बैठकले आर्थिक वर्ष २०७८/७९ (FY 81/82) का लागि कुल ५.२६४२% लाभांश वितरण गर्ने प्रस्ताव गरेको छ। प्रस्तावित लाभांशमध्ये—
५% बोनस शेयर (करीब ११.०२ करोड रुपैयाँ)
०.२६४२% नगद लाभांश (करीब ५८ लाख २ हजार ६३२ रुपैयाँ)
समावेश छन्।
कम्पनीको हालको चुक्ता पुँजी २.२० अर्ब रुपैयाँ रहेको छ।
AGM को अन्य एजेन्डामा अडिटरको प्रतिवेदनसहित नाफा–नोक्सान विवरण, वित्तीय विवरण र नगद प्रवाह विवरण अनुमोदन गर्ने तथा आर्थिक वर्ष २०८२/८३ का लागि अडिटर नियुक्त गर्ने प्रस्ताव रहेका छन्। यसैगरी, बोनस शेयर वितरणपछि समायोजित पुँजीको आधारमा १:१ अनुपातमा हकप्रद (rights) शेयर जारी गर्ने तयारी कम्पनीले जनाएको छ।
कम्पनीले मंसिर १७ देखि पुस ४ गतेसम्म बुक–क्लोज मिति तोकेको छ। अतः सो मितिभन्दा अघि नाम दर्ता भएका शेयरधनी मात्र लाभांश प्राप्त गर्न र AGM मा सहभागी हुन योग्य हुनेछन्।
Super Madi Hydropower Limited (SMHL) has announced its 16th Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on 4th Poush, 2082. The meeting will take place at Hotel Imperial, Battisputali, Kathmandu, starting from 11:00 AM.
The key agenda of the AGM includes endorsing the company’s proposed 5.2642% dividend for the fiscal year 2081/82. The Board of Directors' meeting held on Mangsir 04 has proposed:
5% Bonus Shares worth Rs. 11.02 Crores, and
0.2642% Cash Dividend worth Rs. 58,02,632
The company’s current paid-up capital stands at Rs. 2.20 Arba.
Other agendas include endorsing the auditor’s report along with the profit and loss statement, financial statements, and cash flow reports, as well as appointing an auditor for FY 2082/83. After the issuance of bonus shares, the company also plans to issue rights shares in a 1:1 ratio based on the adjusted paid-up capital.
The book closure period is from Mangsir 17 to Poush 04. Therefore, shareholders who maintain their share ownership before the book closure date will be eligible for the dividend and allowed to participate in the AGM.
