सुपरमाई हाइड्रोपावर लिमिटेड ले गत आर्थिक वर्षको मुनाफाबाट आफ्ना शेयरधनीलाई २० प्रतिशत बोनस शेयर वितरण गर्ने घोषणा गरेको छ। माघ २० गते बसेको कम्पनीको सञ्चालक समितिको बैठकले हाल कायम चुक्ता पूँजीको आधारमा उक्त बोनस शेयर दिने निर्णय गरेको हो। साथै, बोनस शेयरमा लाग्ने कर प्रयोजनका लागि १.११ प्रतिशत नगद लाभांश वितरण गर्ने र बोनस वितरणपश्चात कायम चुक्ता पूँजीको शतप्रतिशत हकप्रद शेयर निष्काशन गर्ने निर्णय पनि गरिएको छ। विद्युत नियमन आयोगबाट स्वीकृति प्राप्त गरी आगामी वार्षिक साधारण सभाबाट पारित भएपछि मात्र लाभांश वितरण तथा हकप्रद शेयर निष्काशन प्रक्रिया अघि बढाइने कम्पनीले जनाएको छ।
Supermai Hydropower Limited has announced a 20 percent bonus share distribution to its shareholders from the profit of the last fiscal year. The decision was made during the company’s board meeting held on Magh 20. Along with the bonus shares, the company has also decided to distribute 1.11 percent cash dividend for tax purposes. Furthermore, after the distribution of bonus shares, the company plans to issue 100 percent right shares based on the existing paid-up capital. The bonus and right share issuance will be implemented only after receiving approval from the Electricity Regulatory Commission and endorsement from the upcoming Annual General Meeting.
