काठमाडौं । सुपरमाई हाईड्रोपावर लिमिटेडले हकप्रद शेयर निष्काशन गर्ने निर्णय गरेको छ। कम्पनीको सञ्चालक समितिको बैठकले बोनस पश्चात कायम भएको चुक्ता पुँजीको आधारमा १:१ अनुपातमा हकप्रद शेयर जारी गर्ने निर्णय गरेको हो।कम्पनीले मिति २०८२ चैत १७ गते बसेको सञ्चालक समितिको १३४औं बैठकबाट उक्त निर्णय गरेको जनाएको छ। सो निर्णयअनुसार हकप्रद शेयर निष्काशन तथा बिक्री व्यवस्थापनको जिम्मेवारी माछापुच्छ्रे क्यापिटल लिमिटेडलाई दिइएको छ।काठमाडौं महानगरपालिका–११, सुन्धारामा केन्द्रीय कार्यालय रहेको माछापुच्छ्रे क्यापिटल लिमिटेडलाई आधिकारिक रूपमा बिक्री प्रबन्धक नियुक्त गरिएको कम्पनीले नेपाल स्टक एक्सचेन्ज (नेप्से) लाई जानकारी गराएको छ।७.८ मेगावाट क्षमताको सुपरमाई हाईड्रोपावर परियोजना इलाममा सञ्चालनमा रहेको छ। कम्पनीले पूँजी संरचना सुदृढ बनाउन तथा भावी विस्तार योजनालाई अघि बढाउन हकप्रद शेयर निष्काशनको निर्णय गरेको अनुमान गरिएको छ।यससम्बन्धी जानकारी नेपाल धितोपत्र बोर्ड, सिडिएस एण्ड क्लियरिङ लिमिटेड तथा विद्युत नियमन आयोगलाई समेत पठाइएको कम्पनीले जनाएको छ।
Kathmandu – Supermai Hydropower Limited has decided to issue rights shares in a 1:1 ratio based on its paid-up capital after the distribution of bonus shares. The decision was made during the company’s 134th board meeting held on Chaitra 17, 2082 (Nepali calendar).According to the company, it has appointed Machhapuchchhre Capital Limited as the issue and sales manager for the upcoming rights offering. The capital company, whose central office is located in Sundhara, Kathmandu Metropolitan City–11, will manage the issuance and distribution process.The company informed the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) about this development, stating that the move is aimed at strengthening its capital base and supporting future expansion plans.Supermai Hydropower operates a 7.8 MW hydropower project in Ilam. The company has also notified the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON), CDS and Clearing Limited (CDSC), and the Electricity Regulatory Commission regarding the decision.
