सूर्योदय वोमी लघुवित्त वित्तीय संस्था लिमिटेडको देहायका संस्थापक शेयरधनीले देहाय बमोजिमको संस्थापक शेयर बिक्री गर्न ईच्छुक भई वित्तीय संस्था समक्ष निवेदन दिनु भएको र नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंकबाट जारी निर्देशन बमोजिम बिक्री गर्न प्रस्ताव गरिएको संस्थापक शेयर खरिद गर्ने पहिलो हक विद्यमान संस्थापकहरुमा रहने भएकोले उक्त शेयर खरिद गर्न विद्यमान संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरुका लागि सूचना प्रकाशित गरिएकोमा विद्यमान संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरुबाट कुनै आवेदन नआएको हुँदा संस्थापक भन्दा बाहिर सर्वसाधारणहरुबाट उक्त शेयर खरिद गर्न ईच्छुक सर्वसाधारणले यो सूचना प्रकाशित भएको मितिले ३५ (पैंतीस) दिनभित्र आवश्यक कागजात प्रमाण संलग्न गरी वित्तीय संस्थाको कर्पोरेट कार्यालय महालक्ष्मी-०४, ललितपुर वा शेयर रजिष्ट्रार, कुमारी क्यापिटल लिमिटेड काठमाडौं-१ नक्साल, नागपोखरी आईपुग्ने गरी आवेदन गर्नुहुन सूचित गराईएको छ । सो शेयरको बिक्री मूल्य बिक्रेताले तोके बमोजिम हुनेछ ।

35-Day Notice Regarding Promoter Share Sale

As the promoter shareholder of Suryodaya Womi Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited, as listed below, has expressed interest in selling promoter shares as per the details below and has submitted an application to the financial institution, and as per the directives issued by Nepal Rastra Bank, the existing promoters have the first right to purchase the proposed promoter shares. Since no applications were received from existing promoter shareholders after the notice was published for them, interested general public outside the promoters are hereby informed to submit their applications with necessary documents and evidence within ३५ (thirty-five) days from the date of publication of this notice to the financial institution's Corporate Office Mahalaxmi-०४, Lalitpur, or to the Share Registrar, Kumari Capital Limited, Kathmandu-१, Naxal, Nagpokhari. The selling price of the said shares will be as determined by the seller.
