Swastik Agro Industries to Issue IPO, Appoints Nabil Investment as Issue Manager

Swastik Agro Industries Limited, a domestic company engaged in dairy and dairy-based products, is preparing to issue an Initial Public Offering (IPO) to the general public. For this purpose, the company has appointed Nabil Investment Banking Limited as its share issue and sales manager.

At an agreement signing ceremony held today, Swastik Agro’s Chairman and Managing Director, Satya Narayan Jha, and Nabil Investment Banking’s Chief Executive Officer, Manish Narayan Joshi, signed the deal on behalf of their respective organizations. The company stated that it will seek necessary regulatory approvals in line with the Securities Board of Nepal’s regulations before proceeding with the IPO in the near future.

Established with the aim of producing and packaging dairy products such as yogurt, ghee, chocolate, paneer, and other items, the company operates under the slogan “From Farm to Kitchen”, with a mission to ensure pure and quality dairy products for consumers and make Nepal self-reliant in dairy production.

Currently, the company owns two bighas of land in Godar, Dhanusha, where it raises 35 Jersey and Holstein cows, producing and distributing more than 200 liters of milk daily. Swastik Agro plans to expand its herd by adding 65 more cows, reaching a total of 100. It has also completed preparations for a cowshed and is conducting studies and research to establish a packaging plant, aiming to become a leading and reputable company in the country’s dairy sector.
