दक्षिण कोरियाली कम्पनी SY Co. Ltd. को सहायक कम्पनी एसवाई प्यानल नेपाल लिमिटेड ले सर्वसाधारणमा शेयर निष्कासन गर्ने अनुमति पाएको छ।
नेपाल धितोपत्र बोर्डले कम्पनीलाई ५२ करोड ३२ लाख ५४ हजार ८०० रुपैयाँ बराबरको ५२ लाख ३२ हजार ५४८ कित्ता साधारण सेयर (आईपीओ) निष्कासन गर्न अनुमति दिएको हो। कम्पनीले यस कार्यका लागि प्रभु क्यापिटल लिमिटेडलाई बिक्री प्रबन्धकमा नियुक्त गरेको छ।
एसवाई प्यानल नेपाल, एसियाकै नम्बर १ प्यानल निर्माता मानिने दक्षिण कोरियाली कम्पनी SY Co. Ltd. को सहायक कम्पनी हो। कम्पनीले उच्च गुणस्तरका EPS र PUF स्यान्डविच प्यानलहरू उत्पादन गर्दै आएको छ।

The Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) has authorized the company to issue 5,232,548 ordinary shares (IPO) worth Rs. 52.32 crore. For this process, the company has appointed Prabhu Capital Limited as the issue manager.
