एसवाई प्यानेल नेपाल लिमिटेडले चितवनका आयोजना प्रभावित स्थानीयका लागि आईपीओ आज बन्द गर्दैSY Panel Nepal Limited Closes IPO for Project-Affected Locals of Chitwan Today
चितवन — एसवाई प्यानेल नेपाल लिमिटेडले आयोजना प्रभावित स्थानीयका लागि जारी गरेको प्रारम्भिक सार्वजनिक निष्कासन (IPO) आज असोज २१ गते बन्द गर्दैछ। कम्पनीले असोज ७ गतेदेखि चितवन जिल्लाका आयोजना प्रभावित स्थानीयका लागि कुल २ लाख ६१ हजार ६२७ कित्ता आईपीओ सेयर जारी गरेको थियो।
कम्पनीको जारी पूँजी रु. १ अर्ब ३० करोड रहेको छ। यसमध्ये ४० प्रतिशत अर्थात् ५२ लाख ३२ हजार ५४८ कित्ता सेयर सर्वसाधारणका लागि निष्कासन गर्न लागिएको हो। सो मध्ये २ प्रतिशत अर्थात् २ लाख ६१ हजार ६२७ कित्ता (रु. २ करोड ६१ लाख ६२७ हजार) सेयर आयोजना प्रभावित स्थानीयका लागि छुट्याइएको हो। बाँकी ३८ प्रतिशत अर्थात् ४९ लाख ७० हजार ९२० कित्ता सेयर सर्वसाधारणका लागि पछि निष्कासन गरिनेछ।
सर्वसाधारण निष्कासनअन्तर्गत १० प्रतिशत अर्थात् ४ लाख ९७ हजार ९२ कित्ता सेयर विदेशमा रहेका नेपालीका लागि छुट्याइएको छ। आयोजना प्रभावित स्थानीय तथा विदेशमा कार्यरत नेपालीका लागि न्यूनतम आवेदन १० कित्ता र अधिकतम ५० हजार कित्ता राख्न सकिनेछ।
यस सार्वजनिक निष्कासनको इश्यू मेनेजर प्रभु क्यापिटल लिमिटेड रहेको छ।
ICRA नेपालले एसवाई प्यानेल नेपाल लिमिटेडको इश्यूअर रेटिङ [ICRANP-IR] BB कायम राखेको छ, जसले कम्पनीको वित्तीय दायित्व पूरा गर्न मध्यम जोखिम संकेत गर्दछ।
सन् २०१७ जुलाईमा स्थापना भएको एसवाई प्यानेल नेपाल लिमिटेड (SYPNL) ले Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) र Polyurethane Foam (PUFF) स्यान्डविच प्यानेल, UPVC झ्याल, फलामे ढोका, र EPS सामग्री उत्पादन गर्दै आएको छ, जुन प्रि-फ्याब्रिकेटेड घर निर्माणमा प्रयोग गरिन्छ। कम्पनी दक्षिण कोरियास्थित SY Co. Limited को सहायक कम्पनी हो, जसको ६३ प्रतिशत स्वामित्व सोही कम्पनीसँग छ, बाँकी हिस्सा SY Co. सँग सम्बन्धित कोरियन लगानीकर्ताको स्वामित्वमा रहेको छ।
कम्पनीको उत्पादन प्लान्ट चितवनको रत्ननगरमा अवस्थित छ र नेपालभर ६२ जना डिलरहरू मार्फत व्यापारिक सञ्जाल विस्तार गरेको छ।
Chitwan — SY Panel Nepal Limited is closing the issue of 2,61,627 units of Initial Public Offering (IPO) shares for project-affected locals of Chitwan District today, 21st Ashwin, 2082. The IPO had opened on 7th Ashwin, 2082.
The company’s issued capital is Rs. 1.30 Arba (Rs. 1.3 billion). Of this, 40% or 5,232,548 unit shares will be issued to the public. Out of the total issue, 2% (2,61,627 units worth Rs. 2.61 crores) has been allocated for project-affected locals of Chitwan District. The remaining 38% (49,70,920 units) will be offered to the general public later.
Within this general public issue, 10% (4,97,092 units) has been set aside for Nepalese citizens working abroad.
For both project-affected locals and Nepalis working overseas, the minimum application quantity is 10 units and the maximum is 50,000 units.
Prabhu Capital Limited has been appointed as the issue manager for the public offering.
ICRA Nepal has reaffirmed SY Panel Nepal Limited’s issuer rating at [ICRANP-IR] BB, indicating a moderate risk of default in meeting timely financial obligations.
Established in July 2017, SY Panel Nepal Limited (SYPNL) manufactures Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) and Polyurethane Foam (PUFF) sandwich panels, UPVC windows, steel doors, and EPS materials, widely used in prefabricated building construction.
The company is a subsidiary of South Korea-based SY Co. Limited, which holds about 63% ownership, while the remaining shares are owned by Korean investors associated with SY Co. Limited.
SY Panel Nepal’s manufacturing facility is located in Ratnanagar, Chitwan, and the company operates through a network of 62 dealers across Nepal.
