टक्सार पिखुवा खोला हाइड्रोपावर लिमिटेडको प्रारम्भिक सार्वजनिक निष्काशन (आईपीओ) बुधबार बाँडफाँट गरिएको छ । कम्पनीको शेयर निष्काशन तथा बिक्री प्रबन्धक प्रभु क्यापिटलको कार्यालयमा आयोजित कार्यक्रममा गोलाप्रथामार्फत शेयर बाँडफाँट गरिएको हो ।
कम्पनीले सर्वसाधारणका लागि कुल २५ लाख १५ हजार ४५५ कित्ता शेयर बिक्री खुला गरेको थियो । उक्त आईपीओमा लगानीकर्ताको आकर्षण उच्च देखिएको छ । बिक्री खुला अवधिभर २९ लाख ४८ हजारभन्दा बढी आवेदन परेको बिक्री प्रबन्धकले जनाएको छ ।
मागभन्दा धेरै आवेदन परेपछि न्यूनतम १० कित्ताका आधारमा गोलाप्रथा गरिएको हो । त्यसअनुसार २ लाख ५१ हजार ५४५ जना आवेदकले १०–१० कित्ताका दरले शेयर प्राप्त गरेका छन् । बाँकी रहेको ५ कित्ता थप गरी ५ जना लगानीकर्ताले ११–११ कित्ता शेयर पाएका छन् ।
उच्च आवेदनका कारण ठूलो संख्यामा लगानीकर्ता भने शेयर पाउनबाट वञ्चित भएका छन् । पछिल्लो समय जलविद्युत् कम्पनीहरूको आईपीओमा सर्वसाधारणको आकर्षण बढिरहेका बेला टक्सार पिखुवा खोलाको आईपीओमा पनि उत्साहजनक सहभागिता देखिएको विश्लेषण गरिएको छ ।
The initial public offering (IPO) of Taksar Pikhuwa Khola Hydropower Limited was allotted on Wednesday at the office of Prabhu Capital Limited, the issue and sales manager of the company. The shares were distributed through a lottery system due to overwhelming demand from investors.
The company had issued a total of 2.515 million shares to the general public. According to the issue manager, more than 2.948 million applications were received during the subscription period, reflecting strong investor interest in the hydropower sector.
As the demand exceeded the available shares, the allotment was conducted on a minimum allocation basis of 10 units per applicant. Under the lottery process, 251,545 applicants received 10 shares each. The remaining 5 shares were distributed to 5 applicants, who received 11 shares each.
A large number of applicants, however, were left without any allocation due to the oversubscription. Market observers say the IPO once again highlighted the growing attraction of retail investors toward hydropower companies in Nepal’s capital market.
