Taragaon Regency Hotel Announces 5% Cash Dividend from Last Fiscal Year

Taragaon Regency Hotel Limited (TRH) has announced the dividend to be distributed to its shareholders from the profit earned in the last fiscal year. A meeting of the company’s Board of Directors held on December 7 (Mangsir 22) approved a proposal to distribute a 5 percent cash dividend, excluding tax. The proposed dividend will be distributed after it is endorsed by the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM). According to the company, the decision reflects its stable financial performance and continued commitment to providing returns to its shareholders.
