तेह्रथुम पावरको अवितरित हकप्रद सेयर लिलाम बिक्रीमाTehrathum Power’s Unsubscribed Right Shares Open for Auction
तेह्रथुम पावर कम्पनी लिमिटेडले आज साउन २७ गतेदेखि अवितरित हकप्रद सेयर लिलाम प्रक्रियामार्फत बिक्रीमा राखेको छ। कम्पनीले गत असार १६ गतेदेखि साउन ११ गतेसम्म १ बराबर १ अनुपातमा जारी गरेको हकप्रद सेयरमा आवेदन नपरेको ४ लाख १८ हजार ७३८ कित्ता सर्वसाधारण समूहका सेयर लिलाम बिक्री गर्न लागेको हो।
लिलाम सेयर खरिदका लागि लगानीकर्ताले आजदेखि भदौ ३ गतेसम्म शिलबन्दी बोलपत्र पेस गर्नुपर्नेछ। यस सेयरको न्यूनतम मूल्य १०० रुपैयाँ तोकिएको छ। लगानीकर्ताले सो वा सोभन्दा बढी मूल्य अंकित गरी बोलपत्र पेश गर्न सक्नेछन्। न्यूनतम १०० कित्ताका लागि मात्र आवेदन दिनुपर्नेछ भने अधिकतम कित्तामा कुनै सीमा तोकिएको छैन।
यस लिलामको सेयर निष्कासन तथा बिक्री प्रबन्धक नबिल इन्भेष्टमेन्ट बैंकिङ लिमिटेड रहेको छ। इच्छुक लगानीकर्ताले बिक्री प्रबन्धकका साथै नबिल बैंकका विराटनगर, बिर्तामोड, विरगञ्ज, हेटौँडा, जावलाखेल, सूर्यविनायक, पोखरा, बुटवल, नेपालगञ्ज, सुर्खेत र धनगढी शाखा कार्यालयमार्फत आवेदन दिन सक्नेछन्।
Tehrathum Power Company Limited has opened the auction of its unsubscribed right shares from today, August 12 (Shrawan 27). The company had issued right shares in a 1:1 ratio from June 30 (Asar 16) to July 26 (Shrawan 11), and 418,738 units from the general public category remained unsubscribed. These shares are now being sold through an auction process.
Investors can submit sealed bids for these shares from today until August 19 (Bhadra 3). The minimum price for the auction has been set at NPR 100 per share. Bidders must quote NPR 100 or more per share and can apply for a minimum of 100 units, with no maximum limit.
Nabil Investment Banking Limited is the issue and sales manager for this auction. Interested investors can apply through the sales manager as well as through the branches of Nabil Bank located in Biratnagar, Birtamode, Birgunj, Hetauda, Jawalakhel, Suryabinayak, Pokhara, Butwal, Nepalgunj, Surkhet, and Dhangadhi.
