नेपाल सरकारले नेपाल विद्युत प्राधिकरणद्वारा काटिएका ३० भन्दा बढी उद्योगहरूको विद्युत लाइन पुनः जडान गर्ने निर्णय गरेको छ। आइतबार बसेको मन्त्रिपरिषद् बैठकले डेडिकेटेड विद्युत महसुल विवादका कारण काटिएका लाइनहरू सोमबारदेखि पुनः जडान गर्ने निर्णय गरेको हो। यसका साथै १५ दिनभित्र बक्यौता टिओडी मिटरका आधारमा असुल गरिने बताइएको छ।
लाइन पुनः जडानको निर्णय: आइतबार बसेको मन्त्रिपरिषद् बैठकले नेपाल विद्युत प्राधिकरणद्वारा काटिएका ३० भन्दा बढी उद्योगहरूको लाइन सोमबारदेखि पुनः जडान गर्ने निर्णय गरेको छ।
विद्युत महसुल विवाद: प्राधिकरणले डेडिकेटेड विद्युत महसुल विवादका कारण ती उद्योगहरूको लाइन काटेको थियो। यसले उद्योगहरूमा उत्पादनमा नकारात्मक असर परेको थियो।
बक्यौता असुल्ने निर्णय: मन्त्रिपरिषद्ले १५ दिन भित्र बक्यौता महसुल टिओडी मिटरको आधारमा असुल गर्ने निर्णय गरेको छ। यसले उद्योगहरूले अब उचित समयभित्र बक्यौता भुक्तानी गर्नुपर्ने बाध्यता सिर्जना गरेको छ।
सरकारको सहयोग: उद्योगहरूलाई पुनः सञ्चालनमा ल्याउन सरकारले यो निर्णय लिएको हो। यसले उद्योगहरूलाई विद्युत आपूर्तिमा सहजता प्राप्त हुने र उत्पादनमा असर कम गर्ने अपेक्षा गरिएको छ।
विद्युत प्राधिकरणको तयारी: नेपाल विद्युत प्राधिकरणले सोमबारदेखि नै कटिएका लाइनहरू पुनः जडान गर्ने प्रक्रिया सुरु गर्ने तयारी गरेको छ। यसका लागि प्राधिकरणले सबै आवश्यक कर्मचारी र उपकरणहरूको व्यवस्थापन गरिरहेको छ।

The Government of Nepal has decided to reconnect the power lines of more than 30 industries that were disconnected by the Nepal Electricity Authority (NEA). The Cabinet meeting held on Sunday decided to reconnect the power lines from Monday, which were cut due to a dispute over dedicated electricity tariffs. It was also mentioned that the arrears will be collected within 15 days based on TOD meters.
