काठमाडौं — सार्वजनिक खरिद अनुगमन कार्यालयले तीन निर्माण व्यवसायी तथा आपूर्तिकर्तालाई तीन वर्षसम्म सार्वजनिक खरिद प्रक्रियामा सहभागी हुन नपाउने गरी कालोसूचीमा राखेको छ।
कार्यालयका अनुसार सार्वजनिक निकायको सिफारिसका आधारमा सार्वजनिक खरिद ऐन, २०६३ को दफा ६३ अनुसार उक्त निर्णय गरिएको हो।
कालोसूचीमा पर्नेमा नमाडे निर्माण सेवा, बैतडी, बागेश्वरी–रामछाप–सन्तोषी जेभी, नुवाकोट र रमन–ओम–सुगम जेभी, ललितपुर रहेका छन्।
कालोसूचीमा रहेको तीन वर्षको अवधिमा यी कम्पनी तथा व्यवसायीले कुनै पनि सार्वजनिक निकायको खरिद, ठेक्का वा अन्य खरिदसम्बन्धी प्रक्रियामा भाग लिन पाउने छैनन्।
सम्बन्धित सार्वजनिक निकायबाट प्राप्त सिफारिस र कागजात अध्ययनपछि कालोसूचीमा राख्ने निर्णय गरिएको कार्यालयले जनाएको छ।
Kathmandu — The Public Procurement Monitoring Office has blacklisted three construction firms and suppliers for three years, barring them from participating in public procurement processes during the period.
The decision was taken under Section 63 of the Public Procurement Act, 2007, based on recommendations received from different public agencies.
The blacklisted firms are Namade Construction Service of Baitadi, Bageshwari–Ramchhap–Santoshi JV of Nuwakot, and Raman–Om–Sugam JV of Lalitpur.
According to the office, the companies will not be eligible to take part in tenders, contracts or other procurement activities conducted by government and public institutions throughout the blacklisting period.
The office said the action was taken after reviewing recommendations and supporting documents submitted by the concerned public agencies.
