थ्रीस्टार हाइड्रोपावरको ४२ लाख शेयरको लक-इन अवधि असार १९ मा सकिँदैThree Star Hydropower's 4.2 Million Shares to Be Freed from Lock-In on Asar 19
काठमाडौँ — थ्रीस्टार हाइड्रोपावर लिमिटेडले आफ्ना विभिन्न समूहका शेयरको लक-इन अवधि आगामी असार १९ गते समाप्त हुने जानकारी सार्वजनिक गरेको छ। नेपाल धितोपत्र बोर्डको निर्देशनअनुसार कम्पनीले यो सूचना प्रकाशित गरेको हो।
सूचनाअनुसार संस्थापक शेयरधनी, आयोजना प्रभावित क्षेत्रका स्थानीय बासिन्दा र कम्पनीका कर्मचारीको स्वामित्वमा रहेको शेयरको लक-इन अवधि सकिँदै छ। यसमा संस्थापकको ३६ लाख ९३ हजार ७५० कित्ता, स्थानीय बासिन्दाको ४ लाख ९२ हजार ५०० कित्ता र कर्मचारीको १४ हजार ७७५ कित्ता शेयर समावेश छन्।
यी सबै शेयरको लक-इन अवधि विक्रम संवत् २०८३ असार १९ गते (सन् २०२६ जुलाई ३) पछि खुला हुनेछ। तर कम्पनीका सञ्चालक तथा उच्च व्यवस्थापकीय पदमा कार्यरत कर्मचारीको हकमा भने नियमानुसार शेयर रोक्का नै रहने कम्पनीले स्पष्ट पारेको छ।
कम्पनीको शेयर रजिस्ट्रारको जिम्मेवारी हिमालयन क्यापिटल लिमिटेडले सम्हालेको छ।
Kathmandu — Three Star Hydropower Limited has announced that the lock-in period for shares held by various groups will expire on the coming Asar 19. The company published the notice in accordance with the directives of the Securities Board of Nepal.
According to the notice, the lock-in period is ending for shares owned by founder shareholders, local residents of the project-affected area, and company employees. These include 3,693,750 units held by founders, 492,500 units by local residents, and 14,775 units by employees.
The lock-in period for all these shares will be lifted after Asar 19, 2083 BS (July 3, 2026). However, the company has clarified that shares held by its directors and employees in senior management positions will remain locked in as per the rules.
