१. प्रारम्भिक विवरणपत्र (धितोपत्र दर्ता तथा निष्काशन नियमावली, २०७३ को अनुसूची (५) बमोजिमको विवरण, निष्काशन गरिने धितोपत्रको संख्या, धितोपत्रको अनुमानित मूल्य, मूल्याङ्कनको आधार र औचित्य समेत) ।
२. संस्थाको तीन वर्षको लेखापरीक्षण भएको वित्तीय विवरण ।
यस कार्यक्रमका सम्बन्धमा कुनै थप जानकारीका लागि निष्काशनकर्ता कम्पनी तथा धितोपत्र निष्काशन तथा बिक्री प्रबन्धकको कार्यालयमा व्यवस्था गरिएको छ ।
Documents and Details:
१. Preliminary Prospectus (details as per Schedule (५) of the Securities Registration and Issuance Regulations, २०७३, including the number of securities to be issued, estimated price of securities, basis and justification for valuation).
२. Financial statements audited for three years of the institution.
