रिलायन्स स्पिनिङ्ग मिल्स लिमिटेडको वैदेशिक रोजगारीमा रहेका नेपाली नागरिकका लागि जारी गरिएको आईपीओमा आवेदन दिन आज अन्तिम अवसर बनेको छ। कम्पनीले मंसिर २२ गतेदेखि खुला गरेको यो सेयर बिक्री आज बन्द हुँदै छ।
कम्पनीले सार्वजनिक निष्काशनका लागि छुट्याइएको साधारण सेयरको १० प्रतिशत—कुल १ लाख १५ हजार ५९६ कित्ता—विदेशमा रहेका नेपालीहरूका लागि निष्काशन गरेको हो। प्रतिशेयर अंकित मूल्य १०० रुपैयाँ भए पनि लगानीकर्ताले प्रतिकित्ता ८२० रुपैयाँ ८० पैसाका दरले आवेदन दिनुपर्नेछ।
आवेदनका लागि न्यूनतम ५० कित्ताको मापदण्ड तोकिएको छ भने लगानीकर्ताले अधिकतम २० हजार कित्तासम्म माग गर्न सक्नेछन्। आईपीओ निष्काशन तथा बिक्री प्रबन्धकको जिम्मेवारी ग्लोबल आइएमई क्यापिटल लिमिटेडले वहन गरेको छ।
विदेशमा रहेका नेपालीले नेपाल धितोपत्र बोर्डबाट स्वीकृत आस्बा सदस्य बैंक तथा वित्तीय संस्थाहरू, तिनका शाखा तथा ‘मेरो शेयर’ मार्फत सि–आस्बा प्रणाली प्रयोग गरी अनलाइन आवेदन दिन सक्ने व्यवस्था गरिएको छ।
Today is the last opportunity for Nepali citizens working abroad to apply for the IPO issued by Reliance Spinning Mills Limited. The company opened the offering on Mangsir 22, allocating a portion of its public issuance specifically for migrant workers.
Under this category, the company has offered 115,596 units, equivalent to 10 percent of the IPO reserved for public issuance. While the face value of each share is Rs. 100, applicants must apply at a premium price of Rs. 820.80 per share.
Investors may apply for a minimum of 50 shares and a maximum of 20,000 shares. Global IME Capital Limited is serving as the issue manager for the IPO.
Eligible applicants can submit their applications through ASBA member banks and financial institutions approved by the Securities Board of Nepal, their designated branches, or via the Mero Share online system under the C-ASBA mechanism.
