सोलु हाइड्रोपावरको वैदेशिक रोजगारीका नेपालीका लागि आईपीओमा आवेदन दिने आज अन्तिम दिन
सोलु हाइड्रोपावर लिमिटेडले वैदेशिक रोजगारीमा रहेका नेपालीहरूका लागि खुला गरेको आईपीओमा आवेदन दिने आज मङ्सिर १० गते अन्तिम दिन रहेको छ। कम्पनीले मङ्सिर ७ गतेदेखि १० लाख कित्ता शेयर निष्काशन गरेको हो। यसमध्ये आवेदकले न्यूनतम १० कित्ता र अधिकतम १ लाख कित्तासम्म आवेदन दिन सक्ने व्यवस्था गरिएको छ। बिक्री प्रबन्धकको जिम्मेवारी नबिल इन्भेष्टमेन्ट बैंकिङ लिमिटेडले सम्हालिरहेको छ।
नेपाल धितोपत्र बोर्ड (SEBON) ले कम्पनीलाई कार्तिक २४ गते आईपीओ निष्काशनको अनुमति दिएको थियो। पाएको स्वीकृतिअनुसार सोलु हाइड्रोपावरले २ अर्ब बराबरको २ करोड कित्ता शेयर निष्काशन गर्नेछ।
यसअघि कम्पनीले सोलुखुम्बुस्थित ८२ मेगावाट क्षमताको लोवर सोलु जलविद्युत आयोजना निर्माण सम्पन्न गरी २०८२ साउन २४ गतेदेखि व्यावसायिक उत्पादन सुरू गरिसकेको छ। निर्माण अघि बढिरहेको यस आयोजनाको कुल अनुमानित लागत १६ अर्ब ३० करोड ४० लाख रुपैयाँ छ भने प्रतिमेगावाट लागत १९ करोड ८८ लाख रुपैयाँ पर्न आउने बताइएको छ। परियोजनाको विद्युत अनुमतिपत्रमा २५ वर्ष बाँकी छ।
लोवर सोलु परियोजनाको साधारण लगानी फिर्ता हुने अवधि ७.६८ वर्ष, जबकि डिस्काउण्टमा लगानी फिर्ता हुने अवधि १२.०९ वर्ष रहेको कम्पनीले जानकारी दिएको छ।
आईपीओ निष्कासनमा नबिल इन्भेष्टमेन्ट बैंकिङ लिमिटेडसँगै हिमालयन क्यापिटल लिमिटेड पनि बिक्री प्रबन्धकका रूपमा रहेको छ। पहिलो चरणमा वैदेशिक रोजगारीमा रहेका नेपाली तथा आयोजना प्रभावित क्षेत्रका बासिन्दालाई शेयर वितरणपछि कम्पनीले दोस्रो चरणमा सर्वसाधारणका लागि आईपीओ जारी गर्ने तयारी गरेको छ।
Today, Mangsir 10, is the final day for Nepali citizens working abroad to apply for the IPO issued by Solu Hydropower Limited. The company opened the issue on Mangsir 7, offering 1 million shares exclusively for migrant workers. Applicants can apply for a minimum of 10 shares and a maximum of 100,000 shares. Nabil Investment Banking Limited is serving as the issue manager.
The Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) granted approval for the IPO issuance on Kartik 24. Under this approval, the company is permitted to issue 20 million shares worth Rs. 2 billion.
Solu Hydropower has already completed the construction of the 82 MW Lower Solu Hydropower Project in Solukhumbu and started commercial production on 24th Shrawan, 2082. The total estimated cost of the project is Rs. 16.30 billion, with a per-MW cost of Rs. 198.8 million. The project still has 25 years remaining on its electricity generation license.
The payback period for the project is 7.68 years on a simple basis and 12.09 years on a discounted basis, according to the company.
Along with Nabil Investment Banking, Himalayan Capital Limited is also acting as a co-issue manager. After completing the first phase of issuance for migrant workers and locals of the affected area, the company will move to the second phase, issuing IPO shares to the general public.
