Today is the Final Day to Apply for S.Y. Panel Nepal Limited’s IPO

The last day to apply for the Initial Public Offering (IPO) of S.Y. Panel Nepal Limited is today, Kartik 23, 2082 (November 9, 2025). The company had opened the public issue on Kartik 19, 2082, after completing the IPO allotment process for local residents of the industry-affected areas and Nepali citizens working abroad.
S.Y. Panel Nepal has been authorized to issue 40% of its total issued capital of NPR 1.30 billion, equivalent to 5,232,548 shares worth NPR 523.25 million. Out of this, 261,629 shares were allotted to local residents and 497,092 shares to Nepalis working abroad. Likewise, 149,127 shares are reserved for company employees, and 248,546 shares for mutual funds.
Now, the remaining 4,076,156 shares, amounting to NPR 407.61 million, are open for the general public at a face value of NPR 100 per share. Investors can apply for a minimum of 10 shares and a maximum of 50,000 shares.
According to the rating assigned by ICRA Nepal, the company has received a rating of [ICRANP IR BB], indicating a moderate degree of safety regarding timely servicing of financial obligations. The issue manager for this IPO is Prabhu Capital Limited, and applications can be submitted through all C-ASBA member banks and financial institutions approved by the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON).
