वरुण हाइड्रोपावरको हकप्रदमा आवेदन दिने आज अन्तिम दिनToday is the Last Day to Apply for Barun Hydropower’s Rights Issue
वरुण हाइड्रोपावर कम्पनी लिमिटेडले जारी गरेको हकप्रद शेयरमा आवेदन दिन आज अन्तिम दिन रहेको छ। कम्पनीले गत असार ३१ गतेदेखि शतप्रतिशत हकप्रद शेयर निष्कासन गरेको थियो, जसमा आज (भदौ ३) सम्म आवेदन दिन सकिनेछ।
कम्पनीले १:१ अनुपातमा हकप्रद शेयर निष्कासन गरेको हो। यस अन्तर्गत प्रतिकित्ता १०० रुपैयाँ अंकित मूल्यमा कूल ५३ लाख ५८ हजार १५० कित्ता शेयर जारी गरिएको छ। यसबाट कम्पनीले करिब ५३ करोड ५८ लाख १५ हजार रुपैयाँ संकलन गर्ने लक्ष्य राखेको छ।
यस अघि कम्पनीले जेठ २२ गते बुक क्लोज गरेको थियो। सो दिनअघि अर्थात् जेठ २१ गतेसम्म नेपाल स्टक एक्सचेञ्ज (नेप्से)मा कारोबार भई कायम रहेका शेयरधनीहरू मात्र यस हकप्रदमा आवेदन दिन योग्य भएका छन्।
कम्पनीले हकप्रद निष्कासनका लागि नेपाल धितोपत्र बोर्ड (SEBON) बाट आवश्यक स्वीकृति प्राप्त गरिसकेको छ।
Barun Hydropower Company Limited has announced that today is the final day for investors to apply for its rights shares. The company had opened the issuance of 100% rights shares on Ashar 31 (July 15, 2025), and applications will close today.
The company is issuing rights shares at a 1:1 ratio, offering a total of 5,358,150 shares at a par value of Rs. 100 each, amounting to Rs. 535.8 million.
Earlier, the company had set its book closure date on Jestha 22 (June 5, 2025). Therefore, only those shareholders whose names were registered and shares were traded on NEPSE up to Jestha 21 (June 4, 2025) are eligible to apply for the rights issue.
