दरमखोला हाइड्रो इनर्जीको आईपीओमा आवेदन दिने आज अन्तिम दिनToday Is the Last Day to Apply for Darma Khola Hydro Energy IPO
दरमखोला हाइड्रो इनर्जी लिमिटेडको प्राथमिक सेयर (आईपीओ) मा आवेदन दिने आज (असार २३ गते) अन्तिम दिन रहेको छ।
कम्पनीले पहिलो चरणमा आयोजना प्रभावित स्थानीय र वैदेशिक रोजगारमा रहेका नेपालीहरूका लागि असार ९ गतेदेखि आईपीओ बिक्री खुला गरेको थियो।
नेपाल धितोपत्र बोर्डले दरमखोलालाई १ अर्ब ३ करोड ५ लाख रुपैयाँ जारी पुँजीको ३८.३३ प्रतिशत अर्थात् ३९ करोड ५० लाख रुपैयाँ बराबरको आईपीओ निष्कासन गर्न स्वीकृति दिएको हो।
यसअनुसार, कम्पनीले १०० रुपैयाँ अंकित मूल्यमा कुल ३९ लाख ५० हजार कित्ता शेयर निष्कासन गर्दैछ।
जसमध्ये:
१० लाख ३० हजार ५०० कित्ता आयोजना प्रभावित गुल्मीको मुसीकोट नगरपालिका, बागलुङको गल्कोट नगरपालिका र बडीगाड नगरपालिकाका स्थानीयलाई,
२ लाख ९१ हजार ९५० कित्ता वैदेशिक रोजगारीमा रहेका नेपालीलाई,
५८ हजार ३९० कित्ता कर्मचारीहरूलाई,
१ लाख ४५ हजार ९७५ कित्ता सामूहिक लगानी कोषलाई,
बाँकी २४ लाख २३ हजार १८५ कित्ता सर्वसाधारणका लागि छुट्याइएको छ।
आवेदकहरूले न्यूनतम १० कित्ता र अधिकतम ५० हजार कित्तासम्म आवेदन दिन सक्नेछन्। वैदेशिक रोजगारमा रहेका नेपालीले सी–आस्वा अनुमति प्राप्त बैंक तथा वित्तीय संस्था, तिनका शाखा वा मेरो शेयरबाट आवेदन दिन सक्नेछन्।
स्थानीय आवेदकहरूले भने ग्लोबल आइएमई बैंकको वामी शाखा, लक्ष्मी सनराइज बैंक र प्रभु बैंकको गल्कोट शाखा तथा दरमखोला पावरहाउसको स्वीकृत संकलन केन्द्रमार्फत आवेदन दिन सक्नेछन्।
यस आईपीओको बिक्री व्यवस्थापक लक्ष्मी सनराइज क्यापिटल लिमिटेड रहेको छ।
Today (Asar 23) is the final day to apply for the Initial Public Offering (IPO) of Darma Khola Hydro Energy Limited.
The company had opened the IPO on Asar 9 for project-affected locals and Nepali citizens working abroad in the first phase.
The Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) approved the company to issue IPO shares worth Rs. 395 million, which is 38.33% of its issued capital of Rs. 1.03 billion. As per the approval, a total of 3,950,000 shares with a face value of Rs. 100 each are being issued.
The IPO allocation is as follows:
1,030,500 shares for locals of Musikot Municipality in Gulmi, and Galkot and Badigad Municipalities in Baglung
291,950 shares for Nepali citizens working abroad
58,390 shares for company employees
145,975 shares for mutual funds
Remaining 2,423,185 shares for the general public
Eligible applicants can apply for a minimum of 10 shares and up to a maximum of 50,000 shares. Nepali citizens working abroad can apply via C-ASBA approved banks and financial institutions, their branches, or through the CDSC’s Meroshare platform.
Local residents can apply through Global IME Bank’s Wami branch, Laxmi Sunrise Bank’s Galkot branch, Prabhu Bank’s Galkot branch, and other collection centers approved by Darma Khola Hydro after receiving authorization.
Laxmi Sunrise Capital is the issue manager for this IPO.
