सन नेपाल लाइफ इन्स्योरेन्स कम्पनी लिमिटेडको हकप्रद शेयरमा आवेदन दिने आज (असार ३) अन्तिम दिन हो। कम्पनीले वैशाख ३० गतेदेखि हकप्रद शेयर निष्कासन गरेको थियो।
पहिले जेठ १९ गतेसम्म आवेदन दिन सकिने समयसीमा तोकिएको भए पनि सो अवधिभित्र पर्याप्त आवेदन नपरेपछि असार ३ गतेसम्म म्याद थप गरिएको हो।
नेपाल धितोपत्र बोर्डबाट अनुमति पाएअनुसार कम्पनीले प्रतिकित्ता १०० रुपैयाँको दरमा १:०.२७ अनुपातमा कुल १ करोड ६ लाख ९६ हजार ३२० कित्ता हकप्रद शेयर जारी गरेको हो।
यस हकप्रद निष्कासनका लागि कम्पनीले वैशाख ५ गते एक दिनका लागि बुक क्लोज गरिसकेको छ। त्यसैले वैशाख ४ गतेसम्म शेयरधनी सूचीकृत भएका व्यक्तिहरू मात्र यसमा आवेदन दिन योग्य छन्।
कम्पनीको धितोपत्र निष्कासन तथा बिक्री प्रबन्धक नेपाल एसबिआई मर्चेण्ट बैंकिङ लिमिटेड रहेको छ।
Today (Asar 3) is the final day to apply for the right shares issued by Sun Nepal Life Insurance Company Limited. The company had opened the right share issue from Baisakh 30.
Initially, the application deadline was set for Jestha 19. However, due to insufficient applications within the given period, the deadline was extended to Asar 3.
As per the approval from the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON), the company issued a total of 10,696,320 right shares at a face value of NPR 100 per share in the ratio of 1:0.27.
The company had already announced a one-day book closure on Baisakh 5. Therefore, only shareholders listed till Baisakh 4 are eligible to apply for the right shares.
Nepal SBI Merchant Banking Limited is the issue and sales manager for this right share offering.
