एसवाई प्यानल नेपाल लिमिटेडले वैदेशिक रोजगारीमा रहेका नेपालीहरूका लागि असोज ७ गतेदेखि खुला गरेको साधारण शेयर (IPO) मा आवेदन दिने आज (असोज १० गते) अन्तिम दिन रहेको छ। कम्पनीले १ अर्ब ३० करोड ८९ लाख ३७ हजार १०० रुपैयाँको जारी पूँजीको ४० प्रतिशत अर्थात ५२ लाख ३२ हजार ५४८ कित्ता शेयर निष्काशन गर्ने अनुमति पाएको हो।
यस मध्ये १० प्रतिशत, अर्थात ४ लाख ९७ हजार ९२ कित्ता शेयर वैदेशिक रोजगारीमा रहेका नेपालीहरूलाई निष्काशन गरिएको हो। लगानीकर्ताले न्यूनतम १० कित्ता र अधिकतम ५० हजार कित्तासम्म आवेदन दिन सक्नेछन्।
कम्पनीलाई इक्रा नेपालले इक्राएनपी इश्युअर रेटिङ्ग डबल बी प्रदान गरेको छ, जसले कम्पनीको दायित्व बहन गर्ने क्षमतामा मध्यम जोखिम रहेको संकेत गर्दछ। यस आईपीओको निष्काशन तथा बिक्री प्रबन्धक प्रभु क्यापिटल लिमिटेड रहेको छ। वैदेशिक रोजगारीमा रहेका नेपालीहरूले नेपाल धितोपत्र बोर्डबाट स्वीकृत सि–आस्बा सदस्य बैंक तथा वित्तीय संस्थामार्फत आवेदन दिन सक्नेछन्।
SY Panel Nepal Limited’s Initial Public Offering (IPO) for Nepalis working abroad, which opened on Ashoj 7, is closing today (Ashoj 10). The company had received approval to issue 40% of its paid-up capital of NPR 1.3089 billion, equivalent to 5,232,548 ordinary shares.
Out of this, 10% (497,092 shares) have been allocated specifically for Nepali migrant workers. Applicants can apply for a minimum of 10 shares and up to a maximum of 50,000 shares.
ICRA Nepal has assigned the company a rating of ICRANP Issuer Rating Double B, indicating a moderate level of credit risk. The issue and sales manager for this IPO is Prabhu Capital Limited. Nepalis working abroad can apply through all C-ASBA member banks and financial institutions approved by the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON).
