तेह्रथुम पावर कम्पनी लिमिटेडले असार १६ गतेदेखि निष्कासन गरेको शतप्रतिशत हकप्रद शेयरमा आवेदन दिन आज साउन ११ गते अन्तिम दिन रहेको छ। यसअघि साउन ४ गतेसम्म आवेदन दिने समय तोकिएको थियो, तर तोकिएको समयसम्म पर्याप्त आवेदन नपरेपछि म्याद थप गर्दै आजसम्मको लागि समय प्रदान गरिएको हो।
कम्पनीले हाल कायम ४० करोड रुपियाँ चुक्ता पुँजीको १ः१ अनुपातमा प्रतिकित्ता १०० रुपैयाँ दरमा ४० लाख कित्ता हकप्रद शेयर निष्कासन गर्ने अनुमति पाएको थियो।
सीडीएससीका अनुसार शनिबार साँझसम्म २६ हजार ४८३ जना आवेदकबाट जम्मा २२ लाख ५५ हजार १८३ कित्ताका लागि आवेदन परिसकेको छ।
हकप्रद निष्कासन प्रयोजनका लागि कम्पनीले जेठ ५ गते बुक क्लोज गरेको थियो, जसअनुसार जेठ ४ गतेसम्म कायम रहेका शेयरधनीहरुले मात्रै आवेदन दिन पाउने छन्।
यस हकप्रद निष्कासनबाट कम्पनीले ४० करोड रुपियाँ संकलन गर्ने लक्ष्य लिएको छ। धितोपत्र निष्कासन तथा बिक्री प्रबन्धकको जिम्मेवारी नबिल इन्भेष्टमेन्ट बैंकिङ लिमिटेडले लिएको छ।
Tehrathum Power Company Limited’s 100% rights share issuance, which began on Asar 16 (June 30), is closing today, Shrawan 11 (July 27). Originally, the deadline was set for Shrawan 4 (July 20), but due to insufficient applications, the deadline was extended until today.
The company received approval to issue 4 million rights shares at a face value of NPR 100 each in a 1:1 ratio based on its current paid-up capital of NPR 400 million.
According to CDSC, by Saturday evening, a total of 26,483 applicants had applied for 2,255,183 shares.
For this rights issue, the company had set the book closure date on Jestha 5 (May 18). Therefore, only shareholders listed by Jestha 4 (May 17) are eligible to apply.
Through this issuance, the company aims to raise NPR 400 million. Nabil Investment Banking Limited is acting as the issue and sales manager for the offering.
