विकास हाइड्रोपावरको आईपीओमा आवेदन दिने आज अन्तिम दिनToday is the Last Day to Apply for Vikas Hydropower Limited’s IPO
विकास हाइड्रोपावर लिमिटेडले असार १८ गतेदेखि सर्वसाधारणका लागि खुला गरेको आईपीओमा आवेदन दिने आज (असार २२) अन्तिम दिन हो।
यसअघि कम्पनीले आयोजना प्रभावित स्थानीयबासी तथा वैदेशिक रोजगारीमा रहेका नेपालीहरूलाई पहिलो चरणमा आईपीओ बाँडफाँट गरिसकेको छ। दोस्रो चरणअन्तर्गत सर्वसाधारणका लागि यो आईपीओ निष्काशन गरिएको हो।
नेपाल धितोपत्र बोर्डबाट कम्पनीले कुल जारी पुँजी ९० करोड ९१ लाख १ हजार ३०० रुपियाँको ४९ प्रतिशत अर्थात् ४४ लाख ५४ हजार ५९६ कित्ता शेयर निष्काशनको अनुमति पाएको थियो।
पहिलो चरणमा ९ लाख ९ हजार १०१ कित्ता शेयर स्थानीय तथा वैदेशिक रोजगारीमा गएकाहरूलाई बाँडफाँट गरिएको थियो। बाँकी ७० हजार ९१० कित्ता कर्मचारीका लागि, १ लाख ७७ हजार २७५ कित्ता सामूहिक लगानी कोषका लागि छुट्याइएको छ। सर्वसाधारणका लागि कुल २९ लाख ४२ हजार ७६० कित्ता शेयर निष्काशन गरिएको हो।
लगानीकर्ताले न्यूनतम १० कित्तादेखि अधिकतम १० हजार कित्तासम्म आवेदन दिन सक्नेछन्।
धितोपत्र निष्कासन तथा बिक्री प्रबन्धकको रूपमा प्रभु क्यापिटल लिमिटेड नियुक्त गरिएको छ।
Today (Ashar 22) is the final day to apply for the IPO issued by Vikas Hydropower Limited, which opened to the public from Ashar 18.
Earlier, the company had allotted shares in the first phase to project-affected locals and Nepali citizens working abroad. Now, the IPO is open to the general public in the second phase.
The company received approval from the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) to issue 49% of its total issued capital of NPR 90.91 crore — equivalent to 44,54,596 shares worth NPR 44.54 crore.
Out of this, 9,09,101 shares were already allotted to project-affected locals and foreign-employed Nepalis on Ashar 5. Additionally, 70,910 shares have been reserved for employees, and 1,77,275 shares for mutual funds. The remaining 29,42,760 shares are open for the general public.
Investors can apply for a minimum of 10 shares and a maximum of 10,000 shares.
