हातवे इन्भेष्टमेन्ट नेपाल लिमिटेडको लाभांश सुरक्षित गर्ने आज (भदौ १२) अन्तिम दिन रहेको छ। कम्पनीले भोलि भदौ १३ गते एक दिनका लागि बुक क्लोज गर्ने भएकाले आजसम्म नेप्सेमा नाम लेखाएका शेयरधनीले मात्रै आगामी लाभांश प्राप्त गर्न सक्नेछन्।
कम्पनीले लाभांश प्रस्ताव पारित गर्न १७औं वार्षिक साधारणसभा आह्वान गरेको छ। सभा भदौ २५ गते बिहान १० बजे काठमाडौंको आम्रपाली ब्यांक्वेट, बालुवाटारमा बस्नेछ।
साधारणसभाले हाल कायम चुक्ता पुँजीको १२ प्रतिशत बोनस शेयर र कर प्रयोजनका लागि ०.६३२ प्रतिशत नगद लाभांश वितरण गर्ने प्रस्ताव पारित गर्नेछ।
त्यसैगरी, सभाले गत आर्थिक वर्षको वित्तीय विवरणमाथि छलफल गरी पारित गर्ने, चालु आवका लागि लेखापरीक्षक नियुक्त गरी पारिश्रमिक तोक्ने, समूह ‘क’ का तर्फबाट ४ जना सञ्चालक निर्वाचित गर्ने र स्वतन्त्र सञ्चालक नियुक्ति गर्ने कार्य अनुमोदन गर्नेछ।
साथै, कम्पनीको अधिकृत, जारी तथा चुक्ता पुँजी वृद्धि गर्ने तथा प्रबन्धपत्र र नियमावली संशोधन गर्ने अधिकार सञ्चालक समितिलाई दिने प्रस्ताव पनि सभाले पारित गर्नेछ।
Today (Bhadra 12) is the final day for shareholders of Hathway Investment Nepal Limited to secure the upcoming dividend. The company will close its book for one day tomorrow (Bhadra 13), meaning only those investors holding shares until today will be eligible for the dividend.
The company has called its 17th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Bhadra 25 at 10:00 AM at Amrapali Banquet, Baluwatar, Kathmandu.
The AGM will endorse a proposal to distribute a 12% bonus share and 0.632% cash dividend (for tax purposes) from the paid-up capital.
In addition, the meeting will discuss and approve last fiscal year’s financial statements, appoint an auditor for the current fiscal year and fix remuneration, elect four directors from promoter group “A”, and approve the appointment of an independent director.
The AGM will also pass a proposal to authorize the board of directors to increase the company’s authorized, issued, and paid-up capital, as well as amend the company’s Memorandum and Articles of Association.
