सांग्रिला डेभलपमेन्ट बैंकको लाभांश सुरक्षित गर्ने आज अन्तिम दिन रहेको छ। साधारण सभाका लागि बैंकले भोलि मंसिर २३ गतेदेखि पुस ७ गतेसम्म बुक क्लोज गर्ने भएकाले आजसम्म सेयर धारक बनेका लगानीकर्ताले मात्र यस वर्षको लाभांश प्राप्त गर्न सक्नेछन्।
बैंकले आगामी पुस ७ गते, सोमबार काठमाडौंको कालिकास्थानमा वार्षिक साधारण सभा बोलाएको छ। साधारण सभामा सञ्चालक समितिले प्रस्तुत गरेको लाभांश सम्बन्धी प्रस्ताव अनुमोदन गर्नु मुख्य एजेन्डामा परेको छ।
सञ्चालक समितिले चालु आर्थिक वर्षका लागि ५ प्रतिशत बोनस सेयर र बोनसका कारण पैदा हुने कर प्रयोजनार्थ ५.३५८३ प्रतिशत नगद लाभांश वितरण गर्ने प्रस्ताव गरेको छ। उक्त प्रस्ताव साधारण सभाले पारित गर्नेछ।
यसबाहेक, सभामा बैंकको प्रबन्धपत्र तथा नियमावली संशोधन, आवश्यक परे अन्य बैंक तथा वित्तीय संस्थासँग मर्जर तथा एक्विजिशन प्रक्रिया अघि बढाउने अधिकार सञ्चालक समितिलाई प्रदान गर्ने, आगामी वर्षका लागि लेखापरीक्षक नियुक्त गर्ने लगायतका प्रस्तावहरू पनि प्रस्तुत गरिने बैंकले जनाएको छ।
Today is the final day for shareholders to secure the dividend declared by Shangri-la Development Bank. The bank will close its books from Mangsir 23 to Poush 7 for the purpose of its annual general meeting (AGM), meaning only investors holding shares by the end of today will be eligible to receive the announced dividend.
The bank has scheduled its AGM for Poush 7 (Monday) at Kalikasthan, Kathmandu. One of the key agendas of the meeting is the approval of the dividend decision made by the board of directors.
For the current fiscal year, the board has proposed distributing 5% bonus shares and an additional 5.3583% cash dividend for tax purposes on the bonus shares. The AGM will vote to approve this proposal.
In addition, the meeting will discuss amendments to the bank’s Memorandum and Articles of Association, authorize the board to move forward with potential merger and acquisition (M&A) opportunities with suitable banks and financial institutions, and appoint the auditor for the upcoming fiscal year.
