Today is the Last Day to Secure Dividends from Sanima Bank and Asha Laghubitta

Sanima Bank Limited and Asha Laghubitta Financial Institution have set Kartik 21 as the final day to secure dividends. Both institutions will close their books on Kartik 25, allowing shareholders who hold shares traded on NEPSE by today to participate in the AGM and receive dividends.

Sanima Bank:

Dividend: The bank will distribute a 5.26% cash dividend (including tax) from last year’s profits.
AGM Date: The annual general meeting is scheduled for Mangsir 4 at 11 AM at Amrapali Banquet, Bhatbhateni, Kathmandu.

Asha Laghubitta Financial Institution:

Dividend: A 14.25% bonus share and a 0.75% cash dividend (for tax purposes) will be distributed.
AGM Date: The AGM is called for Mangsir 7 at 3 PM in Banepa-7, Ugrachandi, Kavrepalanchok.

Due to the Chhath festival holiday on Kartik 22 (Thursday), only shareholders who hold shares by the close of trading today will be eligible for the dividends. Both AGMs will seek approval for the proposed dividends, directly benefiting shareholders.
