आज मङ्सिर १० गते दुई कम्पनी—शिवम सिमेन्ट लिमिटेड र एनआरएन इन्फ्रास्ट्रक्चर एण्ड डेभलपमेन्ट लिमिटेड—को लाभांश सुरक्षित गर्ने अन्तिम दिन रहेको छ। दुबै कम्पनीहरू भोलि मंसिर ११ गते बुकक्लोज गर्दैछन्, जसअनुसार आजसम्म नेप्सेमा कारोबार भई कायम शेयरधनीले लाभांश प्राप्त गर्ने अधिकार सुरक्षित गर्न सक्नेछन्।
शिवम सिमेन्टले आर्थिक वर्षका लागि २.५% बोनस शेयर तथा कर प्रयोजनार्थ १०% नगद लाभांश वितरण गर्ने प्रस्तावसहित दशौँ वार्षिक साधारण सभा बोलाएको छ। साधारण सभा मंसिर २५ गते, राष्ट्रिय सभा गृह, प्रदर्शनी मार्ग, काठमाडौंमा, बिहान १०:३० बजे सुरु हुनेछ।
उत्तरिको रूपमा, एनआरएन इन्फ्रास्ट्रक्चरले ४०% बोनस शेयर तथा २.१०% नगद लाभांश (कर प्रयोजनार्थ)को घोषणा गरेको छ। यस प्रस्ताव पारित गर्न कम्पनीले पुस ४ गते (शुक्रबार), आम्रपाली ब्यान्क्वेट, थिरबम सडक, काठमाडौंमा, बिहान ९ बजे १३ औँ वार्षिक साधारण सभा बोलाएको छ।
यसैसँगै, एनआरएनको सभाले बोनस शेयर वितरणपछि कायम चुक्ता पूँजीमा आधारित १००% हकप्रद शेयर निष्काशन गर्ने प्रस्ताव पनि अनुमोदन गर्नेछ।
लाभांश सुरक्षित गर्न चाहने शेयरधनीका लागि आजको कारोवार दिवस अत्यन्तै महत्वपूर्ण मानिएको छ।
Today, Mangsir 10, is the final day for investors to secure dividends from Shivam Cement Limited and NRN Infrastructure & Development Limited. Both companies will conduct their book closure tomorrow, Mangsir 11, meaning only those shareholders whose trades are settled by today will be eligible to receive dividends and participate in their upcoming Annual General Meetings (AGMs).
Shivam Cement has proposed 2.5% bonus shares and 10% cash dividend (including tax) for the current fiscal year. To endorse this proposal, the company has scheduled its 10th AGM on Mangsir 25, at the National Assembly Hall, Exhibition Road, Kathmandu. The meeting will begin at 10:30 AM.
Similarly, NRN Infrastructure & Development has announced a 40% bonus share distribution along with a 2.10% cash dividend for tax purposes. The company has called its 13th AGM on Poush 4 (Friday) at Amrapali Banquet, Thirbam Road, Kathmandu, starting at 9:00 AM.
Additionally, NRN’s AGM will also approve the proposal to issue 100% rights shares based on the paid-up capital after the allocation of bonus shares.
For shareholders aiming to secure these dividends and AGM participation rights, today’s trading session is crucial.
