बिहीबार, जेठ २९ गते, नेपाल इन्स्योरेन्स कम्पनीको हकप्रद शेयर सुरक्षित गर्ने अन्तिम दिन हो। कम्पनीले हकप्रद शेयर निष्काशन प्रयोजनका लागि भोली, जेठ ३० गते बुक क्लोज गर्न लागेको हो।
आजसम्म नेप्सेमा कारोबार भई कायम रहेका शेयरधनीहरुले मात्रै कम्पनीको हकप्रद शेयरमा आवेदन दिन सक्नेछन्। कम्पनीले हालको चुक्ता पूँजीको आधारमा प्रति १० कित्ता साधारण शेयरको सट्टामा ४ कित्ता नयाँ शेयर जारी गर्दैछ, जुन ४० प्रतिशत हकप्रद शेयर हो।
नेपाल इन्स्योरेन्सले प्रतिकित्ता १०० रुपैयाँ अंकित मूल्यमा कुल ६५ लाख ७६ हजार ९६७ कित्ता हकप्रद शेयर निष्काशन गर्ने तयारी गरेको छ।
June 12, 2025, is the last day to secure the right shares of Nepal Insurance Company. The company is closing its book on Friday, Jestha 30, for the purpose of issuing the right shares.
Shareholders who hold shares traded on NEPSE by today will be eligible to apply for the right shares. Nepal Insurance is issuing 40% right shares—meaning 4 new ordinary shares for every 10 shares currently held.
The company plans to issue a total of 6,576,967 right shares at a par value of NPR 100 per share, based on its existing paid-up capital.
