सानिमा बैंक लिमिटेडको लाभांश सुरक्षित गर्ने आज असोज २६ गते अन्तिम दिन रहेको छ। बैंकले भोली असोज २७ गते (एक दिनका लागि) बुकक्लोज गर्ने भएकाले, आजसम्म नेप्सेमा कारोबार गरी नाम दर्ता भएका सेयरधनीहरू मात्रै यस वर्षको लाभांशका हकदार हुनेछन्।
बैंकले आफ्नो २१औं वार्षिक साधारणसभा (AGM) आउँदो कात्तिक २ गते, आइतबार, काठमाडौंको आम्रपाली बैंक्वेट, भाटभटेनीमा बिहान १० बजे आयोजना गर्ने निर्णय गरेको छ।
सभामा बैंकले हाल कायम चुक्ता पुँजीको ७.३६८५ प्रतिशत नगद लाभांश वितरण गर्ने प्रस्ताव पारित गर्नेछ। साथै, बैंकले ८.२५ प्रतिशत सानिमा अबिमोच्य असञ्चिति अग्राधिकार सेयर (non-convertible preference shares) जारी गर्ने प्रस्ताव पनि ल्याएको छ।
यसबाहेक, सभाले बैंकको प्रबन्धपत्र तथा नियमावली संशोधन गर्न सञ्चालक समितिलाई अख्तियारी दिने, साथै संस्थापक समूहबाट प्रतिनिधित्व गर्ने ३ जना सञ्चालकहरूको निर्वाचन गर्ने प्रस्ताव पनि पारित गर्ने तयारी गरेको छ।
Today, Ashoj 26, 2082 (October 12, 2025), is the final day to secure the dividend of Sanima Bank Limited. The bank will close its book for one day on Ashoj 27 (October 13, 2025), meaning that only those shareholders who have purchased and held Sanima Bank shares through NEPSE by the end of today will be eligible to receive the announced dividend.
Sanima Bank has called its 21st Annual General Meeting (AGM) for Kartik 2, 2082 (October 18, 2025), Sunday, at Amrapali Banquet, Bhatbhateni, Kathmandu, starting from 10:00 AM.
During the meeting, the bank will present a proposal to distribute a 7.3685% cash dividend from its paid-up capital to its shareholders. Additionally, the bank has proposed to issue 8.25% non-convertible cumulative preference shares (Sanima Abimocya Asanchiti Agradhikar shares).
The AGM will also discuss granting authority to the board of directors to amend the bank’s Memorandum and Articles of Association, and to elect three directors representing the promoter group.
