काठमाडौं — नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंकले आज बिहीबारका लागि विभिन्न विदेशी मुद्राको आधिकारिक विनिमयदर सार्वजनिक गरेको छ। यसअनुसार विश्वको प्रमुख आरक्षित मुद्रा मानिने अमेरिकी डलरको खरिद मूल्य १५२ रुपैयाँ १३ पैसा र बिक्री मूल्य १५२ रुपैयाँ ७३ पैसा तोकिएको छ।
युरोपेली राष्ट्रहरूको साझा मुद्रा युरो एकको खरिद १७५ रुपैयाँ ६१ पैसा र बिक्री १७६ रुपैयाँ ३० पैसामा निर्धारण भएको छ। बेलायती पाउण्ड स्टर्लिङ भने सबैभन्दा महँगो देखिएको छ — खरिद २०३ रुपैयाँ ६२ पैसा र बिक्री २०४ रुपैयाँ ४२ पैसा। स्वीस फ्रयाङ्क एकको खरिद १९० रुपैयाँ ४५ पैसा र बिक्री १९१ रुपैयाँ २० पैसा कायम छ।
एसिया–प्रशान्त क्षेत्रका मुद्राहरूमध्ये अष्ट्रेलियन डलर एकको खरिद १०६ रुपैयाँ ५५ पैसा, क्यानेडियन डलर १०९ रुपैयाँ २१ पैसा र सिङ्गापुर डलर ११८ रुपैयाँ ११ पैसामा खरिद हुनेछ। जापानी येन १० को खरिद ९ रुपैयाँ ४८ पैसा र बिक्री ९ रुपैयाँ ५२ पैसा तोकिएको छ भने चिनियाँ युआन एकको खरिद २२ रुपैयाँ ४४ पैसा र बिक्री २२ रुपैयाँ ५३ पैसा रहेको छ।
वैदेशिक रोजगारीका प्रमुख गन्तव्य मानिने खाडी मुलुकका मुद्राहरू ४० देखि ४२ रुपैयाँको बीचमा छन्। साउदी रियाल एकको बिक्री ४० रुपैयाँ ६९ पैसा, कतारी रियाल ४१ रुपैयाँ ८९ पैसा र युएई दिराम ४१ रुपैयाँ ५८ पैसामा निर्धारण भएको छ। छिमेकी भारतको हकमा भने एक सय भारतीय रुपैयाँ बराबर १६० रुपैयाँ खरिद र १६० रुपैयाँ १५ पैसा बिक्री दर कायम गरिएको छ।
KATHMANDU — Nepal Rastra Bank has published its official foreign exchange rates for Thursday. The US dollar, the world's most widely held reserve currency, has been pegged at Rs 152.13 for buying and Rs 152.73 for selling today.
Among major European currencies, the euro is valued at Rs 175.61 for buying and Rs 176.30 for selling. The British pound sterling remains the most expensive currency on today's list, with a buying rate of Rs 203.62 and a selling rate of Rs 204.42. The Swiss franc has been set at Rs 190.45 for buying and Rs 191.20 for selling.
In the Asia-Pacific grouping, the Australian dollar stands at Rs 106.55 buying and Rs 106.97 selling, while the Canadian dollar is fixed at Rs 109.21 buying and Rs 109.64 selling. The Singapore dollar is pegged at Rs 118.11 buying and Rs 118.57 selling. For the Japanese yen, the rate has been set at Rs 9.48 buying and Rs 9.52 selling per ten units, and the Chinese yuan is valued at Rs 22.44 buying and Rs 22.53 selling.
Gulf currencies, which matter most to Nepal's large migrant worker population, are clustered in a narrow band. The Saudi riyal is set at Rs 40.53 buying and Rs 40.69 selling, the Qatari riyal at Rs 41.73 buying and Rs 41.89 selling, and the UAE dirham at Rs 41.42 buying and Rs 41.58 selling.
The Indian rupee, Nepal's most frequently transacted neighbouring currency, has been fixed at Rs 160.00 for every hundred units on the buying side and Rs 160.15 on the selling side.
