ट्रेड टावर लिमिटेडको आईपीओ आजदेखि सर्वसाधारणका लागि खुलाTrade Tower Limited’s IPO Open for General Public from Today
ट्रेड टावर लिमिटेडको आईपीओमा आज (जेठ १४ गते) देखि सर्वसाधारणले आवेदन दिन सक्ने भएका छन्। कम्पनीले आफ्नो जारी पुँजी ८१ करोड ५६ लाख ९ हजार ७०० रुपैयाँको ४८.६९६ प्रतिशतले हुन आउने ३९ लाख ७१ हजार ६९३ कित्ता साधारण शेयर निष्कासन गर्न अनुमति पाएको हो।
यसअघि कम्पनीले पहिलो चरणमा ३ लाख ९७ हजार १६९.३० कित्ता शेयर वैदेशिक रोजगारीमा रहेका नेपालीहरूका लागि, १ लाख ९८ हजार ५८४.६५ कित्ता सामूहिक लगानी कोषलाई र ७९ हजार ४३३.८६ कित्ता कम्पनीका कर्मचारीहरूमा बाँडफाँट गरिसकेको छ।
अब बाँकी रहेको ३२ लाख ९६ हजार ५०५.१९ कित्ता शेयर सर्वसाधारणका लागि निष्कासन गर्न लागिएको हो। उक्त आईपीओमा लगानीकर्ताले न्यूनतम १० कित्तादेखि अधिकतम १,००० कित्तासम्म आवेदन दिन सक्नेछन्।
आईपीओमा आवेदन दिने अन्तिम म्याद जेठ १९ गतेसम्म रहेको छ। यदि सो अवधिमा सबै शेयर बिक्री नभएमा आवेदन म्याद जेठ २८ गतेसम्म लम्बिन सक्नेछ।
कम्पनीको आईपीओ निष्कासन तथा बिक्री प्रबन्धक लक्ष्मी क्यापिटल लिमिटेड रहेको छ।
Trade Tower Limited has opened its Initial Public Offering (IPO) to the general public starting today. The company has received approval to issue 3,971,693 ordinary shares, which is 48.696% of its issued capital of NPR 815,609,700.
Previously, the company had already allocated shares in the following manner:
397,169.30 shares to Nepali citizens working abroad,
198,584.65 shares to mutual funds, and
79,433.86 shares to company employees.
Now, the remaining 3,296,505.19 shares are being offered to the general public at a face value of NPR 100 per share.
Interested investors can apply for a minimum of 10 shares and a maximum of 1,000 shares.
The application deadline is Jestha 19 (June 1, 2025). However, if the issue is not fully subscribed by then, the deadline may be extended up to Jestha 28 (June 10, 2025).
Laxmi Capital Limited is the issue and sales manager for this IPO.
