भोलिदेखि सर्वसाधारणका लागि ट्रेड टावरको ३३ करोड बराबरको आईपीओ खुल्दैTrade Tower Limited’s NPR 330 Million IPO Opens to the Public from Tomorrow
ट्रेड टावर लिमिटेडले भोलि अर्थात् २०८२ जेठ १४ गतेदेखि सर्वसाधारणका लागि आफ्नो आईपीओ निष्काशन गर्दैछ। कम्पनीले यसअघि वैदेशिक रोजगारीमा रहेका नेपालीहरूलाई लक्षित गर्दै पहिलो चरणमा आईपीओ जारी गरिसकेको थियो। अब सर्वसाधारणका लागि प्रतिकित्ता १०० रुपैयाँ अंकित मूल्यमा कुल ३२ करोड ९६ लाख ५० हजार ५१९ रुपैयाँ बराबरको ३२ लाख ९६ हजार ५०५.१९ कित्ता सेयर सार्वजनिक निष्काशन गर्न लागिएको हो।
लगानीकर्ताहरूले न्यूनतम १० कित्ता र अधिकतम १,००० कित्तासम्मको आवेदन दिन सक्नेछन्। आईपीओमा आवेदन दिने अन्तिम म्याद जेठ १९ गतेसम्म तोकिएको छ। तर यदि सो अवधिमा पूरै सेयरको लागि आवेदन नआएमा म्याद जेठ २८ गतेसम्म लम्ब्याइनेछ।
यस आईपीओको बिक्री प्रबन्धक लक्ष्मी सनराइज क्यापिटल लिमिटेड रहेको छ। इच्छुक लगानीकर्ताहरूले सबै सी–आस्बा सदस्य बैंक तथा वित्तीय संस्थाहरू, तिनका तोकिएका शाखा वा मेरो सेयर (Meroshare) अनलाइन प्रणालीमार्फत आवेदन दिन सक्नेछन्। क्रेडिट रेटिङ संस्था इक्राएनपीले कम्पनीलाई BB- रेटिङ प्रदान गरेको छ, जसले यसको वित्तीय दायित्व बहन क्षमतामा मध्यम स्तरको जोखिम रहेको देखाउँछ।
Trade Tower Limited is opening its Initial Public Offering (IPO) for the general public starting tomorrow, i.e., Jestha 14, 2082 (May 28, 2025). The company had previously issued its IPO to Nepali citizens working abroad in the first phase. In this second phase, it is issuing a total of 3,296,505.19 units of shares worth NPR 329,650,519 at a face value of NPR 100 per share.
Interested investors can apply for a minimum of 10 units and up to a maximum of 1,000 units. The deadline to submit applications is Jestha 19 (June 2, 2025). However, if the total shares are not subscribed by then, the deadline will be extended to Jestha 28 (June 11, 2025).
Laxmi Sunrise Capital Limited is the issue manager for this IPO. Applicants can apply through all C-ASBA member banks and financial institutions, their designated branches, or the Meroshare online platform. Credit rating agency ICRA Nepal has assigned the company a BB- rating, indicating a moderate risk in its ability to meet financial obligations.
