नागरिक लगानी कोषको अध्यक्षमा तुलसीप्रसाद घिमिरे नियुक्तTulsi Prasad Ghimire Appointed as Chairman of Citizen Investment Fund
नागरिक लगानी कोषको संचालक समिति अध्यक्षमा तुलसीप्रसाद घिमिरे नियुक्त भएका छन्। उनलाई १ भदौको उपप्रधानमन्त्री तथा अर्थमन्त्री स्तरको निर्णय अनुसार अध्यक्ष पदमा नियुक्त गरिएको हो।
घिमिरेले त्रिभुवन विश्वविद्यालयबाट अर्थशास्त्रमा एमफिल, अर्थशास्त्रमै एमए र एमपीए गरेका छन्। उनी नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंकको कार्यकारी निर्देशक पदबाट अवकाश प्राप्त गरेका थिए।
नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंकमा सेवा गर्दा उनले सूचना प्रविधि, मानव संसाधन, विदेशी विनिमय, बैंकिङ र अनुसन्धान विभागजस्ता विभिन्न महत्त्वपूर्ण विभागमा कार्य गरेको अनुभव छ। घिमिरेको नियुक्तिले नागरिक लगानी कोषको नेतृत्वमा नयाँ दिशा र प्रगति ल्याउने अपेक्षा गरिएको छ।
Tulsi Prasad Ghimire has been appointed as the chairman of the Board of Directors of Citizen Investment Fund. His appointment was made in accordance with a decision at the level of the Deputy Prime Minister and Finance Minister on 1st Bhadra.
Ghimire holds an MPhil in Economics, along with an MA and MPA in Economics from Tribhuvan University. He retired as the Executive Director of Nepal Rastra Bank.
During his tenure at the central bank, Ghimire worked in various key departments, including Information Technology, Human Resources, Foreign Exchange, Banking, and Research. His appointment is expected to bring new direction and progress to the leadership of Citizen Investment Fund.
