युनिलिभर नेपाल लिमिटेड (UNL) ले गत आर्थिक वर्षको मुनाफाबाट वितरण गर्न लागिएको लाभांश पारित गर्न ३२ औँ वार्षिक साधारण सभा बोलाएको छ। कम्पनीले उक्त सभा कात्तिक २५ गते, मंगलबार, द एभरेष्ट होटल, नयाँ बानेश्वर, काठमाडौंमा दिउँसो साढे ४ बजेदेखि सुरु हुने गरी बोलाएको हो।
सभाले प्रति कित्ता रु १,८४२ नगद लाभांश वितरण गर्ने प्रस्ताव पारित गर्नेछ। साथै, लेखापरीक्षक नियुक्त गर्ने, सामाजिक तथा सामुदायिक परियोजनामा आर्थिक सहयोग गर्ने लगायतका प्रस्ताव पनि प्रस्तुत गरिनेछ। यससँगै, संस्थापक शेयरधनी सिबक्रिम होल्डिङ्स प्रा.लि. बाट आईजे ग्रुप होल्डिङ्स प्रा.लि. मा नाम परिवर्तन भएकाले सो अनुसार कम्पनीको नियमावली संशोधन गर्ने विशेष प्रस्ताव पनि पारित गरिनेछ।
कम्पनीले साधारण सभा तथा लाभांश वितरण प्रयोजनका लागि कात्तिक ११ गतेदेखि कात्तिक २५ गतेसम्म बुकक्लोज गर्ने भएको छ। यस अनुसार, कात्तिक ९ गतेसम्म नेप्सेमा कारोबार गरी कायम रहेका शेयरधनीहरू साधारण सभामा सहभागी हुन तथा लाभांश प्राप्त गर्न योग्य हुनेछन्।
Unilever Nepal Limited (UNL) has called its 32nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) to approve the proposed dividend distribution from the profit of the previous fiscal year. The meeting is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, November 11 (Kartik 25, 2082) at The Everest Hotel, New Baneshwor, Kathmandu, starting from 4:30 PM.
During the meeting, the company will endorse a cash dividend of NPR 1,842 per share, appoint an auditor, and approve financial contributions to social and community projects. Additionally, a special resolution will be passed to amend the company’s regulations following the change in promoter shareholding from Seabream Holdings Pvt. Ltd. to IJ Group Holdings Pvt. Ltd.
For the purpose of the AGM and dividend distribution, Unilever Nepal has announced a book closure period from Kartik 11 to Kartik 25, 2082. Therefore, shareholders who are registered in NEPSE trading records by Kartik 9 will be eligible to attend the AGM and receive the declared dividend.
